Well maintained huge site. I had a great time. I would recommend it and will return sometime in the future. The host was very accommodating and genuinely cared that I enjoyed my stay.

This is the best site I found in the Wilmington area. The scenery is very pleasant. Lots of old growth pine trees and a open field which creates a very peaceful environment. It was quiet. I felt I had plenty of privacy with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and other stores. Essentially, I felt like I was out in the country but 2 minutes away from just about anything I needed. I enjoyed talking with Paul, the owner of the property. He was friendly and helpful. I liked it so much I have booked another trip for the end of the month. I'm also hopeful I can go there this summer for a more extended stay. In short, I was very pleased with this setup.
