Some friends couldn't understand when we moved to southeast NC without any PLAN for our future. We are just happy to be alive each and every day that we are here. We made "someday" into "today" and we are happy to share the experience with you Learn more about this land: We are located in southeast NC, approximately 15-20 miles from area beaches. Our location is very "country" with lots of wildlife (deer, fox, rabbits, birds, etc...) roaming about. It is very quiet in the evenings and overnight. The campsite has a large paver stone patio and picnic table. We have a fire pit and when able we would be happy to host a night around the fire. We are pet friendly but request that dogs be on a leash or tie-out. We expect guests to pickup pet "litter". Campers are encouraged to use the swing and chairs set back under the pines. Also campers will find a guest book in the little library under the pine tree with a concrete bench nearby (you drive around in as you pull into the campsite). The book contains our WiFi password (service not guaranteed). Please leave us a note about your stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Family Stay at Double LLC Farm. My family of seven spent two wonderful days at Double LLC Farm, and it was exactly the kind of weekend I hoped to give my kids. From the moment we arrived, they were completely in love with the animals , petting them, exploring the farm, and enjoying the freedom to run and play in a peaceful, safe space. Even the camper neighbors were friendly, which made the whole environment feel warm and welcoming. What truly made this stay special were Lisa and her husband. They are some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve met in North Carolina. Their hospitality, warmth, and professionalism made us feel like more than guests. People like them give you hope in humanity, and small businesses run with this much heart deserve all the support in the world. My kids were sad when it was time to leave because they loved the animals, the quiet atmosphere, and especially the kindness of Lisa and her husband. The farm is peaceful, fun, and perfect for families who want to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with each other. I would recommend Double LLC Farm to anyone. Weekend Trip to Double L Farms RV Park, LLC

We needed a place to stop over night and Double L fit the bill. Lisa, the host, was very responsive, welcoming, and met us at the gate to guide us to our spot. Since we were there only one night, we didn't get a chance to check out the farm attractions. It felt safe and not crowded at all. All the hookups were in good condition and easily accessible. Our only issue (and this was really on us) is that the electric was 50 amp and we have 30 amp. A quick drive to Wally world for an adapter that I had been meaning to buy anyway solved that problem. Quick access to the interstate got us on our way quickly the next morning. We would stay again. Thanks for the southern hospitality, Lisa!

Wonderful open site within seconds from Hwy 17. East, direct access for our kayaks to Town Creek. Had a lovely 2 hour trip! George and Sean were easily accessible (my newbie self had a dead truck battery) and they helped me on a Sunday AM! Such a neat spot close to Wilmington. Highly recommend.

Weekend Trip to Cedar Creek Campground at Elease

The campground is just beautiful! Meticulously maintained, every detail cared for. You could tell this was a place where people take pride in creating space for rest. And the hosts? Truly wonderful. Warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive - the kind of people who make you feel like you belong the moment you arrive. This was a perfect quiet space with beautiful bird sounds and the azaleas were blooming amazingly! We're already planning our next visit!

It's a great place to stay. Quiet and relaxing. Greg met me shortly after I arrived and greeted me. I spent a couple of days driving around the area to see the sights. The late afternoons and early evenings I spent on the patio enjoying the weather.

Our family loved camping at Parkton Place. Heather and Chris were great hosts. The views were beautiful and the property was nice and clean. Our kids had a wonderful time playing with their friendly dogs, fishing at the pond and loved feeding the farm animals. Thanks Heather and Chris!

Easy stopover spot a handful of miles off of I-95. Lisa and Brian were super easy to work with. Double L has good "sense of place" -- off the beaten path, wake up to a misty neadow full of grazing cows, sun streaming through a grove of southern pine-- a nice slice of southern NC. Chatted with Brian about the rest of the farm operations (goat's milk and butcher shop) but we did not have time to visit these onsite establishments during our short stay. Bath facilities were clean and conveniently located.
