Our fences are HOT. For your safety and theirs, please do not approach or feed our livestock and wildlife.
We have been hives throughout the property. Please stay 20 yards away from hives and if you are allergic please take appropriate measures to protect yourself.
To preserve the integrity and natural beauty of our farm there is a strict No Collecting policy in place. This includes all plants/flowers, rocks, animals, wood.
Though it may feel like a park this is not public land. Please do not move or re-locate rocks or wood everything serves a purpose where it sits.
Respect for our neighbors is essential. Quiet time is 10pm
Generators are allowed until 10pm
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cooperstown Beaver Valley. The campground and public areas were incredibly clean. The children's playground was very colorful and inviting for the younger children. Safety was also considered as the area is fully fenced. They had an egg hunt for the littles the weekend we stayed and the kids seemed to love it. Lastly, the staff was very kind and responsive, providing many local attractions that might be of interest in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering gifting our son and his family a weekend stay next year as their "family holiday gift" this Christmas.

This was our first time using HipCamp and it was a great experience overall. The views from the site were absolutely beautiful, and we especially loved the hiking paths nearby—they were easy to access and made for a perfect way to spend our mornings.
We brought our dogs along, and they had the best time running around and soaking up attention from some of the friendly kids at neighboring sites. We loved how much open space there was to relax and explore. We actually enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked another stay here—just wish it was sooner!
Our only complaints were that the bathrooms could have used more attention, as they were pretty dirty during our visit, and unfortunately, some of the other guests were very loud well past quiet hours on the second night, which took away from the peaceful setting a bit.
Overall, we’re really looking forward to coming back and would still recommend it to others, especially for the views, trails, and space to unwind.

I had a peaceful stay at Greyrock Farm. There were turkeys whose eggs were about to hatch and lots of rolling green vistas. Jennifer is very nice and accommodating. The spot is close to the city of Syracuse yet worlds away in the beautiful Lakes area. Would stay again!
