You will need to have a cigarette lighter access to use the shower to power the pump. We recommend bringing flashlights as our property is solar powered and there is no electric on the property. On low sunny days, solar lights may not last as long into the evening. On rainy days the property can be very muddy and access to the top of the hill to the sites would be best accessed with a 4WD vehicle as well as winter time with snow on the ground. If you'd like to charge your phone we advise you to bring back up battery packs as there is now electric hook ups on site. The most private sites are Cloud 9, Bunny Pit and Lilou's Landing. The cottage is located down by the main house and not at the top of the hill. Clean air and a clean campground❣️Definitely had a hippy vibe to it, and was not far from the highway. The staff was in contact with me right after my same day reservation, and the owner I met was welcoming. There are port a potties and showers available, but they are in the process of building an actual bathhouse. There is also a pet fee to be aware of. I would describe this as rustic camping, so do not expect something like a formal campground with paved parking spots, fire rings, and picnic tables at the sites. Think open farm field, walk in woods camping. I would stay again❣️

The hosts were so wonderful to chat with and very welcoming! The campground was amazing, from the expansive sites complete with water and power hookups (if needed) to the many various glamping sites. It is an eclectic mix of fun for everyone! The little store in the trolly was super cute. This place has it all. I would definitely recommend this place for family gatherings or the solo adventurer.

We stayed at The Quarry in our 32 foot Class A motorhome - Neil was very responsive and made sure that we were settled in. He gave us our choice of sites with electric and even helped us set up the internet to watch the Bills game! Our site had electric and we filled up with water at a spigot very close to where we parked. There is a very nice womens/mens bathroom close to our site with two tiled showers each which we used. The weather was great during our stay and scenery beautiful with ponds complete with ducks and geese. Our dogs loved the many fields and trails to walk. We look forward to staying again - thanks Neil!

Our little family stayed in one of the tents this past weekend and upon our arrival we found a spacious tent with all the amenities for an outside gathering, outdoor cooking, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a separate game room. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, aesthetics, and personal touches that were left by the owners. Some shout outs: * We were given a separate heated bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a personalized touch of our family name on a sign outside the door * A gathering area or hang out after hours with a fire cauldron * A coffee shop with specious coffee and chai lattes and reasonably priced breakfast options * Pickleball for our kids * Very kind and gracious hosts We will absolutely be back and recommend this as a place to visit to our friends and family!

Our group had the best time at this campground. Absolutely no complaints! The hosts were friendly. The sites were very spacious and flat, great for tents or RVs! This would be a great spot for newer campers with the extra accommodations, games, and kitchen amenities. Bathrooms, outhouse, and showers were very clean. Great spot for birdwatching and stargazing as well. We have stayed at many Hipcamps and State Parks but this was our favorite so far. We will be coming back next year!

David is deeply sincere and real. As real as you can get. He is open-minded, curious, and has a warm heart. He truly cares about your needs. Orchard Park is a lovely little town, and when asked about local restaurants and other places to venture, he informed us of great places. This made our stay even richer and more memorable. We are also Bills fans and he shared some local lore which helped us learn more about the history of the area. We have 3 small chihuahuas and they loved to play ball in his spacious backyard. This is definitely a pet-friendly place to be. All in all, David could not have been a better host.
