Our farm is a 20-year project in the making. We started with our horses and grew into the alpacas about 7 years ago. And recently added a cashmere goat. The blue rooster is a perfect addition for us here as I have always loved hosting. Making time to make your stay special. The alpaca farm has a small gift shop that carries plenty of beautiful alpaca products. If you choose to just hang out here at the farm for you stay, you’ll be more than welcome to join us in the barn through the day. Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. *Important note: Lake Rd is busy and there will be road noise that dies down after 11pm. There is a historic and active railroad line behind the cabin and you will hear the train pass through the day and night. Some people have found it cool or relaxing but others have not.

For your safety, please exercise caution when venturing into the woods and avoid approaching the active train tracks located at the back of the property.
While the passing train adds to the rustic charm of the setting, it may NOT be suitable for light sleepers. Road traffic noise tends to calm down in quiet hours.

In addition to a beautiful view of Lake Erie, this camp site is nestled in a Concord grape vineyard. Peace, quiet and privacy. Help yourself to as many grapes as you want! (Growing season is in the fall). Current owners have had since 2020 and have kept the vineyard organic ever since. Amazing stargazing location - we often see shooting stars!

Amazing HipCamp spot! Loads of room for vehicles/turning around/backing in. The compost outhouse is a great touch, as is the power supply. It’s a very quiet place as well, great for birding. Close to McCarty Hill and Rock City, Allegheny as well. Unfortunately it snowed the night I was there, so I didn’t get a clear view of the sky for astrophotos. I’ll be back for sure; highly recommend.

Weekend Trip to Angie's Country Cabins B&B
We had an amazing stay at Angie’s Country Cabins B&B, truly a hidden gem. Angie is an incredible host who goes above and beyond, with attention to every little detail that makes the experience feel special. The cabin was cozy, beautifully decorated, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect romantic getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation. The breakfast was phenomenal, honestly one of the highlights of our stay.
We only wish we had more time there and will definitely be coming back.
For food nearby, Whiskey Hill Saloon was a 5 star dinner spot with a great atmosphere and delicious food. We also stopped by Ron’s Treasure, which was such a cool experience full of amazing antiques and history, and the owner is a genuinely sweet guy.
If you don’t mind a short drive, The Nana Peruvian Kitchen is absolutely worth it, some of the best Peruvian food we have had.
Highly recommend this whole experience to anyone looking to unplug, relax, and enjoy a peaceful romantic getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

William was kind, welcoming, and helpful over our chat communications. His land is beautiful. Just off a quiet road, the campsite is right on the creek. There’s a large fire pit right in front of the water, trees for hammocking, horseshoe stakes, and plenty of room for any set up. If coming from the Springville area, the drive is easy. If coming from East Otto/Zoar area, be prepared for some steep hills along the creek. Nothing my 15 year old rig couldn’t handle! We had an amazing time and plan to come back soon.

This trip was absolutely amazing. Brian is an attentive and friendly host with the utmost care for hosting people. The cabin was well-equipped and so incredibly cozy. We love the location, close enough to Tim Horton’s for us to grab coffee but on property that feels secluded and perfectly quiet and peaceful. For it being winter, we were lucky to have had the most incredible weather for February, giving us the opportunity to walk through the woods, explore and enjoy how beautiful the woods are with the snow. We will absolutely be back in other seasons, there was still so much for us to do and see in the area! Thank you, Brian for everything!
