Want to be close to Long Beach Island (LBI) without the crowds? You've found the place! Our lot is 1.22 acres only several miles away from LBI, New Jersey. The owner-occupied residence is tucked away from the road with only one neighbor in sight. We live in a 1987 geodesic dome home on the property. Additionally, our self-converted 2002 International Blue Bird school bus is parked here. There is plenty of room for you to park in the circle driveway or to the left of the dome. Enjoy our large, fenced backyard with plenty of room for activities. We have yard games available (Yard Yahtzee, Spikeball, Molkky, lawn darts, and more) and you're welcome to bring them to the beach. Crab traps, fishing poles, and a cooler are available too. Weekend Trip to Horse Farm Camping

We had an amazing time at the horse farm. I took my son camping for the first time ever and this was more than the best situation in setup for a child. We were able to freely roam the farm and play with the horses at our will. We camped at campsite, one which was at the end of the property and gives you an entire view of the farm. Bren the host was amazing when we woke up to our surprise. They were hosting a mini petting zoo and Christmas pictures. By far, one of my best nights out with hipcamp.

Weekend Trip to Pine Creek

I stayed at campsite #1 a few years ago and decided to come back this past weekend with some friends who were brand new to camping. The site sits right by the dock near the pond — it’s currently being worked on, so there wasn’t much water this time. But that didn’t stop us from having a good time. The space was perfect for our big group of 13! It’s quiet, roomy, and far enough from the other sites that you get plenty of privacy. Getting in touch with Timothy, the owner, was super easy. He responded quickly to messages and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Since it’s pet-friendly, I even brought my kitten along, and he had a blast exploring the outdoors. Overall, it was an awesome weekend, and I’d totally recommend campsite #1 to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway with friends or family.

I recently spent a weekend at Great Times Camp Ground through Hipcamp, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and totally immersed in nature—yet with every comfort I needed. What stood out: • Peaceful & Scenic Setting The campsites are nestled in beautiful woods, with plenty of privacy. Waking up to birdsong and filtered sunlight through the trees immediately recharged me. • Well-Kept Grounds & Amenities The entire site is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. Paths are easy to find, sites are level and spacious, and facilities (restrooms, water points, etc.) are all in good shape. It strikes a great balance: rustic enough to feel like real camping, but convenient enough to feel comfortable.

Beautiful horse farm. Camping was right in the middle of the horses! Sites each had a picnic table and a fire ring. I bought firewood and everything was perfectly provided. Was really a cool experience!

The site was a wee bit hard to find at first, but Timothy didn’t even let the phone ring twice before he picked up and gave us great directions for how to find the place! The camp sites are spacious, private, and quiet. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful night with our dog beneath the stars, the site was hardly buggy or humid, and we were able to get a roaring fire going :) There is a Tractor Supply Co right down the road that is perfect for buying wood, starters, etc.. Really smooth sailing!

Loved this little spot! I ended up using site 1 at this property, as the host suggested since it was open, and it was nice to tuck into the trees with the rain. A nice little camp spot, horses nearby, super nice hosts!

Nice, spacious private spot, lake is a big plus, trees give you good cover for your tents. Well maintained too. Port-a-potty within walking distance was huge. Might run it back!

We had a wonderful time on Bren's land. The area was gorgeous and having the opportunity to interact with the horses was amazing. Bren and the rest of the folks at the site were amazing the entire time. I couldn't recommend this enough.

3 nights at That Dome Home RV Site

We had a wonderful three night stay at Janissa’s! We brought our travel trailer and were very comfortable. Janissa has thought of everything and more! Well maintained property and special touches too! We look forward to going back next summer!
