It is not in the middle of nowhere....it's in the middle of everywhere! Learn more about this land: Camp next to a peaceful trickling creek just outside Phoenixville and Kimberton. We are a suburban oasis, surrounded by a little bit of everything.  Our homestead has plenty of activity including kids, dogs, and chickens, bees and goats! We have a fully wooded area available to explore across the creek, and weather dependent- the creek is a great place to stay cool. You'll see lots of growing fruit trees in our developing orchard and we are happy to share our vision for this beautiful land! We have two campsites available for you to choose between for your stay. Both sites are along the creek, however, one has a view of some nearby houses and is a short walk to the parking spot [Creekside]. The other site is more secluded, past the tree line, but a further walk from where you are able to park. [Hillside] If needed, we are happy to lend you a wagon to haul your gear. Please let us know if you have questions and your preference of site. We have a cabin-like bathroom and partial kitchen you will have access to during your stay. We always have cold water available for purchase in the fridge. There is trail access easily accessible from our home (the closest is approximately 1 mile), for paved or natural trail exploration. The Space The house features a semi-professional kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. In addition, there is a pub room with a wood fireplace, gaming table, and marble-topped bar. This rustic space offers heating and cooling, electricity, hot water, and a fridge/freezer. Outside, there are multiple sitting areas, including a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a table with chairs. When the airstream on the property is also booked, the backyard and garden are shared. Guest Access Guests have full access to the house. Other Things to Note Services: During your farm stay vacation, you may opt for our locally sourced, farm-to-table dining experiences prepared by professional chefs with a combined 30+ years of experience. This was our second time staying on Richard's land and at Creekside. As usual, we had a lovely overnight camp there and were delighted to see the goats and chickens again this year! The creekside location is really nice and quiet and it's a treat to get to listen to the sound of the creek as you go to sleep and wake up in the morning. Our cycling team hopes to continue our September camp tradition as their hospitality is fantastic and the location is just so nice.

We loved our stay at Cranberry Run for the weekend. The hosts, Ellen, Mike, and Charlie, were so kind and inviting. The land is beautiful, and our hike-in was nicely tucked away along a trail. It was a tad challenging getting our gear up to our car from the hike in (full disclosure, we had a ton of camping gear, everything you could imagine; not recommended for this more private hike in). There's a real sense of community up there, and the people we came across were refreshingly friendly. The night sky and stars were magical. WE highly recommend this campground. When we arrived for Labor Day weekend we weren’t sure what to expect, but the stay ended up being perfect. Great privacy and get to enjoy the beautiful scene of nature while also having convenience like bathrooms and also a super Walmart close by with a ton of camping and outdoor gear. They also have firewood on site for sale and other necessities. Highly recommend this campground.

Cranberry Run's tent sites are clean and easy to access. For a relatively busy weekend, it wasn't very noisy and quiet hours were observed by the sites near us. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would camp here again!
