Construction started in 2016 and now we have our first temporary building and working on the others. The daily operation is run by Tranqvillium, an intentional community of people who don't like to spend their money on rent and utility bills.Learn more about this land:The location is about an hour west of Las Vegas in the California Mojave Desert. Irma and Carlos were great hosts. They have a bathroom available with water for washing. One site even has power (which we didn’t need). Sunsets were incredible! Sites level and spacious. We had fun visiting their goats and chickens.

This campsite was perfect for a stop in our trip with a little more amenities after a few nights of primitive camping. We really appreciated Irma checking in with us when we arrived and her husband came out to greet us and turn off the barn light as well as offer us water and electricity. We also loved having the bathroom and hot shower. Overall a cute little stop surrounded by nature and beautiful mountains.

This was a last min booking for a quick overnight to regear and power up devices. The property and site as well as communication with the hosts was super easy.
Carlos was on site to help with anything I needed. The property was close to town but private and on a quiet street. I loved the sound of the working rescue farm. The shower and bathroom were really clean and the water was hot.
This is my new favorite spot in Nevada.

Nice quiet spot. I have a 28’ trailer (tongue to tail) and it was a bit difficult to get parked and get out. Would definitely recommend this spot but only if you are 24’ total length or less. Need a long extension if you want to plug in to 30amp. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Car camped on Irma’s land on the way to visit Death Valley National Park. We arrived late but the host was still very welcoming and accommodating. The actual land was well kept, easy to navigate, and perfect for a short stay. Accessing the land was easy and accessible as all the roads were paved. To our surprise there was even a bathroom and shower which is a great plus. Overall wonderful stay, quiet, clean, easy to access and perfect for car camping in my opinion
