The river isn't a real deep river, a lot of people use it to float on tubes, but it has been known to have some nice fish also. The area always gets afternoon wind gusts that happen daily and don't last long but something you'll want to be aware of. On site we have available for rent 2 tiny houses and 4 Rv hook up spots. Many birds migrate through here in the Summer time and are a joy to watch on bank of the river. There is a large fire pit on the property that may be used as long as it is not very windy out and you put the fire out after you are done. I will tell you that you cannot have a fire if it is too windy. The property is next to a property with horses and we have have few chickens that roam around our property. There is a large fire pit on the property that may be used as long as it is not very windy out and you put the fire out after you are done. I will tell you that you cannot have a fire if it is too windy. The property is next to a property with horses and we have have few chickens that roam around our property. I do not want you on the property with dogs if they are going to go after the chickens or if they are obnoxious barkers. Of course reach out with any questions. We look forward to meeting you!

This is a great spot if you want to be close to Bozeman. The site is easy to access and has a spectacular view of the sunrise. The port-a-potty is clean with automatic lights for easy middle-of-the-night access. Another reviewer mentioned that it felt like you're "camping on someone's front lawn" but we didn't feel that at all: The house is 600' away and we didn't feel like we were even on their property. A reviewer also suggested the option to filter water from the stream, but given the amount of agriculture land upstream, I wouldn't do that.

What a great spot!! After staying at the hot springs for two nights it was WONDERFUL to pull into Stacie’s spot! So quiet with room all around you. The views of both the Gallatin and Bridger mountains is to die for! I pulled up next to her rv (just parked there, no one in it), my 20’ 50 amp cord didn’t reach the outlet tho. She had a standard 120 I could have used but I had a 30 amp extension cord with. I rode my bike just a mile to the local steak joint and had an amazing burger AND desert! Pizza place is there also. I’d go back in a flash!

McKenzie was great. She was very quick to reply to questions and super accommodating. Our check in time changed a couple of times d/t unforeseen delays getting to Montana - but she was really easy to work with and understanding. The 5th wheel was great. Lots of space and well kept. Bedrooms were a nice surprise (bigger than appeared in the pics). Shower was hot and plenty large enough for me (6 ft and 245lbs) to clean up. Water and heat were included and welcome. The view of the mountains out of the camper door were a pleasant way to wake up and her property was secluded enough and well kept. Easy instructions and only about an hour north of Bozeman. Would def stay with her again if we made it back up this way.

Our three RV’s privately circled around a beautiful grove of aspens. We could walk through their backyard to a running creek, which our dogs loved! Also, through their backyard is a variety of trails that can actually take you to downtown Bozeman. (The dogs also loved that ;). Travis and Alex were good hosts, meeting us right away to fill us in and invited us to make a fire. The highway is somewhat close, but the berm creates privacy. Our party had no problem with the traffic and train sounds; it seemed more like white noise to us. I liked their beautiful land and convenient location to downtown Bozeman as well. Nice hosts and great trails!

Awesome place with plenty of room, Roger was awesome! We stayed at site 1 which wasn’t directly on the river but it was a short trail to the river and you had your own private beach. I actually drove my truck down the trail and made it to the beach. 100% recommend.
