My dogs and I had a great time staying at Wits end! We weren't there long, justba quick overnight. Jennifer was quick to reply and helpful. The only problem is, after leaving I started noticing tons of tiny ticks crawling on me and had to stop and spend about an hour trying to get rid of them all. I had read another review that mentioned them so I had even sprayed some natural repellent but they apparently are quite bad around there. Just be prepared. The peace and quiet, along with sunrise were fantastic!

This place was perfect for me to relax and my dog to run around and smell everything! There was a great view of the sunset and we were serenaded by so many birds, frogs, and even an owl near our camp at night. I normally camp in backcountry areas with many rocks and roots so the grass felt like luxury to sleep on. Love how close this is to KC, perfect for a quick getaway!

Very nice peaceful campground. Cabin was small but exactly what we expected & was all my family needed and we will be staying again. Host was very easy to communicate with & answered any questions I had right away. If you want to get away for a weekend and just enjoy the peace & quiet than you will love this place. Even with it being a holiday weekend, we had very little neighbors. That's was a bonus
