Such a great place! There were several RV/campers - not super private - but everyone was respectful of each others space, and all were early to bed folks - which I loved. Spaces were flat, lots of room - cool little horse ring and even a few horses were grazing just behind the lodge. BIG SCORE - were the showers, toilets, running water, and electricity! You forget how good a shower feels. Host was very welcoming and kind. Would highly recommend!

The #2 Bunkhouse was the answer for me and my dogs, as we were there for 3 days of 95 degree plus temperatures . The AC and afternoon shade were much appreciated as well as the nearby showers.

One of our first RV campers after opening April 1st, 2024 taken from a tent site. We have continued to host many happy campers since.

Bathrooms were hot but clean and easily accessible. Plenty of parking. However, I arrived a bit after dark and had trouble determining where my campsite was. Instructions indicated I should call or text but my phone didn't have signal to do either. I eventually just picked a spot for my campervan, on a slight slope, and plugged in to shore. It was very quiet and remote. If I had stayed an extra night I may have had more time to explore a very large space along the Missouri River! It is a horse camp, so it's really set up for that. If I had a horse again, I would go here! It is also a long greaves drive to location, but don't be discouraged!

Weekend Trip to Walnut Creek Winery RV Park

Driving through Midwest and needed a place to stay with electric & water… came across Walnut Creek Winery on Hipcamp. Quiet spot away from the highway but not too far off with a peaceful site next to a creek. We were coming in a bit late but got in before the kitchen closed so we were able to get a delicious supreme pizza with wine flights while enjoying a great cover band. Raymond and his staff at the winery were great! We slept well and were invited to Sunday brunch but had to hit the road. Definitely recommend a stop here.

My wife and I had a wonderful two night stay in the Dreamcatcher Tipi at Sundance Ranch. It's perfect for a quick getaway from the city! Rhonda got us settled in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We took a little trip around the lake in the canoe in the morning and relaxed around the campfire listening to birds and watching wildlife the rest of the time. Very relaxing!
