Our Campground is located on over 50 acres at the confluence of the Mississippi and Prairie Rivers. A forest of mixed hardwoods and conifers cover the area, housing an abundance of wildlife including deer, bald eagles, porcupines, rabbits, chipmunks and many others. Wild blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries grow seasonally on the forest floor. The tall bluff along the river allows beautiful views of the river. The river has abundant fishing, canoeing, and kayaking opportunities.
The Prairie River and Mississippi River offer great opportunities for boating and fishing. Anglers will find Walleye, Northern Pike, Catfish, Large and Small mouth Bass among other species. Birders enjoy viewing Bald Eagles, Hawks, Ducks, Geese and many other species from the trails of the park.

We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs. We are not able to accommodate cats.
Stairs to the sleeping loft are fairly steep; we have traction strips and a handrail rail but this still may be challenging for some guests.
A security camera monitors the front yard and entrance for the safety and security of our guests.

What a gem. It is an RV camp but has terrific walking trails. The showers were so clean. There’s a seating area to enjoy. Very comfortable place.

Beautiful property. Each site is tucked in the trees, with space between the neighboring sites. Suitable for tent camping or RVs. We had a van, boat & tent. Drinking water spouts and toilets throughout the property were nice. Having access to showers was great! The place is clean and the host was very friendly. They allowed us to change sites after we got there. Says firewood included, but it’s whatever you collect from the woods or else you have to purchase logs.

I stopped for just a night while on a camping/road trip. It was a really nice place. Pretty clean (there were a ton of cig butts on the ground at my campsite, but it didn’t bother me). The trails were nice. I only walked a bit but it was really pretty. The toilet was really clean and well kept. It looked like a fun place to spend a few days.
