The tiny house sleeps 2 on a queen sized bed in loft and another 2 on a futon on main floor. All linens are included.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner hot plate, electric skillet, and coffee maker.
There is water in the tiny house, but there is not a toilet or shower inside. A portable restroom is located right outside.

Easy spot to get to driving; location and directions are accurate. Appreciated the heads up of minimal cell service for Verizon customers. Beautiful spot in the woods. Sandy, flat soil makes tent stakes easy to go in. Plenty of privacy from the road and nearby buildings. A little more road noise than anticipated, but not that bad. Host provided everything needed at the camp site and more: private area for showers/changing, plenty of firewood, picnic table, drinking water, extra table (very helpful!), fire pit, portapot that was exceptionally clean and fully stocked. Host was great at communicating before and during the stay. Location is convenient to all rivers, hiking, etc. in the area. Would stay here again and recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area!

This site was exactly what I was looking for: private and secluded, but not totally isolated. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler.
Ideal for car camping, camper vans/small trailers. There is a clean port a potty, garbage can, fire pit and picnic table. The site has its own road that leads to it. Surrounded by national forest land and less than 30 minutes from Lake Michigan beaches. Will definitely be camping here again soon!

Beautiful secluded spot if you're tired of noisy neighbors! Close to lakes for boating and swimming. We have road bikes. Had two beautiful rides around Torch lake and Chain of Lakes. Very accessible to those spots. Walked up a two track from our site for amazing views of Skegemog lake and beyond. Picked lots of wild berries. 1/2 mile narrow two track to get to our site - a little nerve racking for relative newbies to pulling a trailer with our Subaru, , but worth it.

I loved tent camping here. The host reached out and gave helpful coordinates for entering. He answered questions quickly. The site was kept up well had a table and chairs and a nice fire pit.. Great remote location in a beautiful forest. You can hear the cars on the street but it didn’t bother us. Great towns nearby for exploring! Everything was great and I hope to stay again soon.

Sam was a great host. The property is very nice and secluded. About 25 mins from the downtown strip of Traverse which was convenient for the cherry festival. Campsite had the necessities including a picnic table and fire ring and plenty of space. Will certainly stay here again. Worth it.

What a beautiful, quiet and rustic camping spot. When our camping plans changed last minute due to a campground closure, we quickly went looking for plan B. We stumbled upon this site on Hipcamp. Highly recommend if you like a quiet site away from other campers. Every once in a while you may hear noise come from surrounding properties, but it wasn’t a bother at all. The road nearby was quiet even on a holiday weekend. There are wonderful opportunities in the area for hiking, fishing, ATV, wineries, breweries and so much more. Our dogs really enjoyed the big site off leash. The one thing I would caution is that the listing says tent or RV site. This would make an amazing tent camping spot. Our camper trailer is 24 ft and I honestly do not know how we turned it around. I would not recommend bringing any camper trailers bigger than like 15 ft. A smaller tear drop or pop up would be fine. Over all we had a great time and when we experienced a sudden truck problem, the hosts got us connected with a neighbor mechanic who was able to fix us up on Memorial Day so we could get home safe.
