As always we are excited and can't wait to share our place with you! We are a small farmette with goats, chickens, ducks, fruits, veggies, and Irish Wolfhounds. The 1.3 acre parcel across the street from the house and farm has a forested peninsula that the A-frame is located on. Our street ends in a small stream that continues to separate the farmstead from the A-frame site. 

Come stay in our tiny rustic A frame cabin built of mostly reclaimed materials. Enjoy being across the stream and over the bridge from the main house on a private peninsula.  Enjoy the privacy of a "single site" camp! Use the fire pit, grill, outdoor wood stove, single burner butane stove or umm the bathroom :) without having to leave your site! Please be aware we are in town and you may hear road noise, lawn mowers, dogs, ect. You may also see and hear wildlife ex; deer, beavers, ducks, muskrats, rabbits, geese, foxes, and coyotes. We encourage native plants and work to provide a sanctuary for many threatened bird species.

The cabin is 100sq. feet with sloping interior walls the flip up side wall is permanently open and screened in. There is no running water or electricity so unplug and unwind. A place to plug in and the water spigot a short stroll from your cabin in the driveway The cabin has a a full size mattress with sheets, blankets, throws and pillows. Lanterns, cooking utensils, camp mugs and camp coffee pot are provided. Please request the cast iron skillet and butane burner, it will not be in the cabin if you do not ask for it.

You are also welcome to set up your own tent. Please note cleared space is limited and the tent should be a 1-3 person smaller tent.

Outside on the  deck are tiki torches, woodstove and bistro table. There is a hammock, picnic table, and 2 sets of outdoor chairs at your site. We do not have a swimming hole but the town beach is 5 minutes away and requires a day pass.

If you forget something you are a short walk to Cumbies, and several farms, bakeries and a large grocer are a very short drive away. Venture farther (10 minutes) to one of the nearby hiking trails.

We are within 15 minutes of the Blackstone Gorge, Southern New England Trunkline Trail, Cornier Woods, Franklin State Forest, Wojcik Farm, Cook's Valley Farm, the New England Bonsai Museum, Diamond Hill Vineyards, Caroline's Cannabis, Shire Conservation Area, New England Country Club, and many stables.

The Commuter Rail to Boston, Wrentham Premium Outlets, and a Drive-in Theater are within 30 minutes. Use us as a base to explore Blackstone Valley, Boston and Worcester!! Please let us know if you need something we may have it, we want you to enjoy your stay!!

Glamp Frogmore

Set on our private 35 acre property in Rhode Island, Glamp Frogmore features two beautiful wooded glampsites (The Pines and The Ferns) that border the 295 acre Maxwell Mays Audubon Refuge.

Take a 5 minute walk down a private path that will bring you to our small pond where you can play horseshoes or corn hole, kids can paddle around in the canoe or rowboat, sit and enjoy nature in our Adirondack chairs, or bring a picnic.

A cozy 3 acres near Cranberry Bogs. We have 5 campsites available to choose from. 1 RV (& multi tent) site and 4 onsite trailers. There are additional various locations tucked into nooks for small tent and hammock camping. Short wooded trails for dog walks. 

Build a fire for enjoyment, or swivel the 30” grill top over, to cook.

Campfires permitted. Wood for sale on-site is $5 per bundle — mix of pine, oak, maple, ash, and poplar. 

The randomly dispersed hammocks are perfect for relaxing, watching sunsets through the tree line or reading a book with the morning birds.

Pet friendly. 25-foot tie-out cable available for use anywhere on the property.

No dump stations or bathrooms on site. [Luggable Loo Bucket Toilet available for rent for $1]

Welcome to Hilltop Tree Farm by Sakonnet River — a unique agri‑educational experience where your stay helps support hands‑on learning in beekeeping, gardening, chicken care, and sustainable egg production. All camping fees are considered donations to fund our educational farm programs, not traditional lodging fees. Upon appointment, guests can participate in our beginner bee apiary course and learn about raising chickens and collecting eggs, included as part of your stay.

Rhode Island may be the tiniest state in the Union, but its charm is immeasurable. With approximately 400 miles of pristine coastline, it offers coastal beauty, historic seaside towns, and New England seafood that rivals postcard scenery. At our farm you’re immersed in that charm with the added opportunity to learn about sustainable agriculture and nature.

This campsite is nestled on a hillside among Fraser Fir and White Spruce trees, just a short walk from the designated parking area. Enjoy 7 acres of trails, and easy walking access to the Sakonnet River, Fort Barton Revolutionary War Tower, and Grinnell’s Beach Pier, as well as local dining including Le Moulin Rouge, BoatHouse Waterfront Dining, Coastal Roosters Café, Black Goose Café, Red Dory Restaurant, Duck Pond, and Cumberland Farms Convenience Store.

Purpose & Participation:
• This stay supports our educational farm and agri‑tourism mission.
• Participation in farm activities, including beekeeping and chicken care, is voluntary and at your discretion.

Martha's Vineyard Family Campground

The Martha’s Vineyard Family Campground began as a vacant wooded lot in 1968. The land was purchased by Charles and Jeanne Feeney from a retired doctor living in Vineyard Haven. Charles “Chuck” Feeney was an aerospace engineer at the time and was always taking his kids camping. His dream was to have a place for the family to camp and call their own. So together with his wife and five children he converted a bus into a camper and carved out a site amongst the wild blueberry bushes and scrub oak trees. Our family fell in love with the island. We discovered all the island has to offer and found it irresistible. We were the tourists of yesteryear and what attracted our family back then still exists today: beautiful beaches, fabulous fishing, quaint villages, and amazing sunsets. From the rolling hills of Aquinnah to the dunes of Katama, there is no place on earth like it.

Martha’s Vineyard
When Chuck found out his job was relocating him to California, he made the bold move to make his family campsite and land available to you. With a lot of hard work and great family pride, the construction of Martha’s Vineyard Family Campground began. During the first few summers of construction, we lived in the converted bus and tents. Slowly the sites and the roads were carved out. Summer vacations meant clearing land and pouring cement. The campground was officially opened in the spring of 1972 and has been a family-run operation ever since. Today the campground is managed by a third generation of The Feeney Family. The goal has always been to provide a quality camping experience for families who wish to visit this wonderful island. Waterfront cabin 10minutes Cape Cod

250sq ft Cabin (no heat, no ac) just three steps to a beautiful 42 acre spring-fed pond, your very own private sandy beach cove, a dock and use of canoe, kayaks and paddle boat and a swim platform. 

Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and snorkeling. A fire pit for s’mores at night. The cabin is a studio style 1 bedroom with a kitchen area with a small table for 2. It has a mini fridge And freezer. A bathroom with a shower, unheated water, a portable camping toilet and a hand washing station.. There is one electric outlet for your use. A large grill under a gazebo, propane available for a fee. A hammock for reading a book or taking a nap.

This cabin is very close to neighbors in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Although the main house sits high above the Cabin we respect your privacy and you will have the grounds all to yourself during your stay.

Water Wiz water park and Onset beach is only a 5 minute drive away. And only about 10 minute drive to Bourne bridge if you’d like to explore Cape Cod and its many beautiful beaches.
