Much history here, with the small town of stone houses, making Hurley a national historic destination. This serene is secluded on a mountain surrounded by trees with seasonal views. The campsite is neighboring 105 acres of beautiful conservatory land available for hiking. No true trails are available, but you can be adventurous and hike further up the mountain, arriving to a clearing, providing you with a lovely mountainous view. From the mountain, you can hike to a waterfall or even hike across a lovely plain field surrounded by mountain ranges on both sides and crossing the creek over to Historic Stone houses in Hurley. My bestie & I had a wonderful overnight at Hammock Hallows. Camp is on private property, has own driveway, parking & paths w signs to 4 Sites: Hammock Hallows, Fern Gully, Mossy Glen and Woodland’s Edge. Bring a rolling cart. Woodland’s Edge is a half cabin half tent & easily walkable from parking, very spacious. Mossy Glen set far back on the property. Fern Gully adorable little a-frame cabin w a bed, floor cushions & windows, w hobbit door! Has bbq, bar seats for 2 & partial bath w sink & toilet. does not have a fire pit. It is close to the baths. -Hammock Hallows closest to home but far enough away w paneling hill & garden btwn you & home for privacy. Easily walked from parking across back fence past the chickens and down a short path then to the left. It is a spacious site where you can pop up 1 or 2 tents. sky hammock gone. composting toilet in all sites a large bucket with leaf litter at bottom & seat with lid w tp & privacy. There are slopes, roots & pine pitch, be mindful. baths are wonderful & worth $ for work it takes to clean, fill & heat & mats for bottom. can provide wine, towels & eco-friendly bubble bath, just ask. enough privacy unless someone @ Fern Gully. Heard great horned owls, barred owls hooting & red fox. Day were visited by bobcat. There are many chickens, friendly rooster & bunny. Andrea has a vision. The hut was very clean, quiet, and scenic. The site is really peaceful and private, yet close to all the activities that we wanted to do, like hiking and strolling Northampton. The spotlight of this place was the hot tub!! It was amazing to be in the hot tub in the woods. I felt 100 times more relaxed than those jacuzzi filled with chemically treated water. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful and green! You'd love this place if you want to go camping, but also like to go to places during the day. We did a few local hikes and visited Woodstock during our trip. The camp was so quiet and clean. We loved it!

The spot for camping was nice and the host was very accommodating to allow my teardrop camper. The ground is soft for a tent, but you have to choose your location we’ll. because there are rocks underneathThe host answered my questions through the app which I wasn’t used to (first time hip camper) but it all worked out. Plenty of good firewood, but it was kind of pricey. All in all a great experience and place to stay. Btw- neighbors have a rooster:)

I had an amazing stay at Abbotts naturist site and hope to return again soon. The Vermont area is so beautiful and I stayed at Abbotts while exploring many nature and hiking trails throughout the day. The screened gazebo made for the perfect bug free and comfortable eating area and shelter on a rainy day. My favorite part became the short trail to the rocky river, it was a peaceful private oasis for rest and as I got adjusted to the cool water, took many dips. Thank you!

This was my first time using Hipcamp and Michelle and her property truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was seamless. She thought of everything on her property. The guest hot tub was out of service and she opened her personal one up to guests. The Zen Den provided all the essentials. The guest shower area was excellent and had warm water. There’s a movie library. Super cute. I would highly recommend.

The Woodland tent was exactly what out group of friends needed. It was quiet and secluded. It was a very hot weekend and we were provided a battery fan which was just perfect! After seeing the hot tub setup, we wished it was a cooler weekend so we could take advantage. The location was far enough from things to feel remote, but close enough that we could grab food (pans/grates were provided at the site but we wanted an easy trip). We loved going to Puffer Pond to swim & walk. Explored a bit on trails nearby too. Our host was very kind and accomodating. There were the cutest chicks too!
