A private camping spot under the trees at the end of a cul-de-sac. Quiet spot with easy access to everything Cape Cod has to offer. Sit under the trees and enjoy the sound of the birds or visit First Encounter beach a mile from the house.   Provincetown, Chatham and Hyannis all just a 30 minute drive away. Lots of hiking paths and Cape Cod bike path just up the road. Excellent fishing from the beach or get a charter for tuna, striped bass and blue fish.  Then come  home to a quiet space just for you.

We are in a suburban area (Lincoln, MA) which is next to Concord and Lexington.  This is a historical area  with Lexington Battle Green, historical houses and civil war reenactments.  We are close to Walden Pond  and many hiking and bike trails. We are also close to the communter train to Boston and surrounds. Email if you need additional info about how to get into other towns.

Sigren Summerhouse

In the teens (and in their teens) my paternal grandparents immigrated to Massachusetts from Sweden's island of Gotland. Every summer in the 1960s my family visited Cape Cod aunts and uncles, cousins and all those Swedish relatives. Sigren Summerhouse is an homage to both those happy Cape Cod memories and to the summerhouse that my father Vincent built beside the barn and the creek that ran behind his Victorian-era house in Michigan. Pops loved gardening, churning homemade ice cream,  telling stories and welcoming people with a hearty Swedish Hillbillie hug.Learn more about this land:Get away from it all at Sigren Summerhouse's cabin-chic year-round retreat. The rustic creek-side barn has modern styling and all the conveniences of modern life. The grounds and gardens are in the heart of Cape Cod's oldest village, Sandwich. Very close to neighbors in a quite secluded neighborhood, 10 miles from Boston. Experience the natural beauty of Massachusetts just a few miles outside of Boston, Blue Hills Reservation stretches over 7,000 acres with 125 miles of trails to explore through forests and wetlands, up hills and more.   Peace and serenity 19 miles from downtown Boston MA.   Bring the dog for swimming. Kayak and canoe in the back yard at the waters edge. Marshmallows and firewood included. Linens included. Space in backyard to pitch an extra tent for guests.  Parking on lot in front of camper. Hiking trails around the lake.

Cozy Wooded Nook

A cozy 3 acres near Cranberry Bogs. We have 5 campsites available to choose from. 1 RV (& multi tent) site and 4 onsite trailers. There are additional various locations tucked into nooks for small tent and hammock camping. Short wooded trails for dog walks. 

Build a fire for enjoyment, or swivel the 30” grill top over, to cook.

Campfires permitted. Wood for sale on-site is $5 per bundle — mix of pine, oak, maple, ash, and poplar. 

The randomly dispersed hammocks are perfect for relaxing, watching sunsets through the tree line or reading a book with the morning birds.

Pet friendly. 25-foot tie-out cable available for use anywhere on the property.

No dump stations or bathrooms on site. [Luggable Loo Bucket Toilet available for rent for $1]

Well water fill up available. 

Absolutely no use of liquid fire accelerants, please. We will provide endless fire starter logs and cardboard to get you going.

Beautiful cabin just three steps to the water with your very own private sandy beach cove, a dock and use of canoe, kayaks and paddle boat 

Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and snorkeling. A fire pit for s’mores at night. The cabin is a studio style 1 bedroom with a kitchen area with a small table for 2. It has a mini fridge And freezer. A bathroom with a shower, unheated water, a portable camping toilet and a hand washing station.. There is one electric outlet for your use. A large grill under a gazebo, propane available for a fee. A hammock for reading a book or taking a nap.

This cabin is very close to neighbors in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Although the main house sits high above the Cabin we respect your privacy and you will have the grounds all to yourself during your stay. Water Wiz water park and Onset beach is only a 5 minute drive away. And only about 10 minute drive to Bourne bridge if you’d like to explore Cape Cod and its many beautiful beaches.

Campers can expect a fun and convenient place to stay near Gillette Stadium and Xfinity Center. RVs 25’ or less are welcome (must pack out waste tanks). We are pet friendly and 420 friendly (dispensary’s are close by). Free use of our kayaks, canoe and paddle board.  Free firewood when available. Free WiFi, Water and 20 amp hookup. Free use of our Blackstone style grill and griddle as well.

Campers need to know that our property is on a fairly busy street and can be loud at times (we do supply free earplugs for our guests).
