Campsite is located on a 12 plus acre family horse farm. There is a patch of woods with a small creek that runs through it. We are located 10 minutes from Rock State Park, Eden Mill Nature Center, and the MA and PA walking trail. We are 20 minutes from Jerusalem Mill Village. You can hike, bike, climb, and swim at 2 or more of these locations. Tucked Away Acres is just that, we are tucked away behind other houses. The property backs up to power lines where deer can be seen often. We offer a large fire pit, horse shoe pit, small playground, trampoline, swings, and a small zip line over the creek in the woods. Horseback riding is available on certain weekends only (weight limit of 180 lbs) for an extra charge. Type of riding depends on skill level, leadline to guided trail ride. We have a produce stand that has tomatoes, squash, cucumbers and more.

1 night at Chiques Rock Base Camp

We had such a great stay at Chiques Rock Base Camp! The host was very friendly and accommodating, and the site itself was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully maintained. I especially appreciated how clean the porta potty was (and I liked that they keep it locked when the site isn’t rented). The location is perfect—right at the start of the biking trail. I can see why some reviewers mentioned the nearby traffic and train noise, but it honestly didn’t bother my sleep at all. My daughter and I loved walking down to the creek to splash around, which was a highlight of our trip. The campsite had plenty of picnic tables, more than enough firewood, and a great overall setup. Bugs weren’t too bad, which was a nice bonus! I’d definitely recommend bringing bikes to enjoy the trail fully. We will absolutely be returning—this is a wonderful spot for camping, relaxing, and making memories.

Campsite was perfect for our 1-night meetup. Great fire pit and setup. You are near a busy road, with traffic noise. There is a great trail that runs right next to the campsite which is ideal for a quick hike.

Extremely convenient location as I was on a bike touring trip including the river trail. Read the other reviews about noise from the nearby main road and railroad. I brought earplugs and slept like a rock. Was a little damp from recent fierce rains, so don't forget bug repellant.
