We are a newly renovated farm that has an almost 60-year history. Very close to Delaware and Ocean City Beaches! Our property is also monitored by security cameras. Once owned by Tom Ryan and part of the 100+ acres of Ryan's Berry Farm, Kingsley Orchards now owns the middle 36 acres and market building of the historic farm. Camp in a backyard in a quiet area with a barn and horses nearby. Site 1 has water hookup and a 30 amp and 110 outlet available. Site 2 has water access and a 110 outlet available. Site 3 is for tent camping only and is more secluded. It does have water access available. These sites are a great spot to watch the sunset or watch the stars at night. These all are self contained camping spots. I do have two very friendly dogs that will most likely come say hi to you. Dewey Beer is 1 mile away in Harbeson. Lewes beach is only about 10 minutes away and Rehoboth beach is about 20 minutes away. Sports at the beach is only 5 miles away. Tanger outlets is 8 miles away. Delaware Turf sports complex is 24 miles. There are many great restaurants and shopping nearby. Feel free to ask for recommendations!

There is also plenty of water for fishing, crabbing and even a small, man-made beach! OUTDOOR POOL AND RAFT USE - The outdoor pool is closed indefinitely. There is a 4-person raft and a 2-person inflatable kayak available, for an additional fee per day. Both require PRIOR APPROVAL and a WAIVER to utilize.

Great site and beautiful property overall! There was plenty of space for our fifth wheel to turn around and park. Power and water is conveniently located, and easy to use. The location is convenient to Cambridge and Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. Great site and friendly host - we will be back if we are in the area again!

We had a lovely stay this past weekend! We had the whole place to ourselves which was nice. Dale delivered our firewood and farm fresh eggs right to our campsite upon arrival. Site 5 is the furthest away from the farm market which is where the bathroom and shower are located, maybe a 10 minute walk. The shower is outdoors, but equipped with hot water, enclosed in a stall and very clean. There was some noise from an event being held at the venue behind the market one night, but it was far enough away that it didn’t bother us. The only downsides to the site were lack of shade and privacy from the road that runs behind the property. I would definitely recommend bringing a canopy for shade. If I stayed again, I’d probably choose site 4 as there are tall patches of wildflower meadows in between each site, which provides a little more privacy. Overall, a great place to stay and very convenient for all of the places we wanted to visit nearby!

Weekend Trip to The Agape

This is a one of a kind site, situated on a point with 180 degree water views of the Wye River. We spent our mornings watching the Watermen working their crab lines while the sun rose over the water. Our evenings consisted of watching the fish break the water as the sun went down across the river, watching the dogs swim and then drinks by the fire pit. It was private, quiet, serene and perfect. So many people on these sites say “we’ll be back!” yet rarely do. We’re already planning our next weekend at the same spot.

We stayed at site 3 with our tents and we loved it. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets at this site. During the day your tents stay in the shade if you set up close to the woods. Great location for visits to Lewes, Henlopen State Park or Rehoboth. Shopping locations, restaurants close by. Super nice hosts. Highly recommended, we will stay there again.

This was a beautiful site, private, host was able to provide wood for a reasonable fee. They also checked in after one night to make sure all was ok. We will definitely return with a boat in hopes to catch some Wye River Crabs! We are only 30 minutes away which is another advantage for us.

The settings were very nice with barn view. The location for all we like to do near Lewis and Rehoboth was perfect. We were out far enough from the beach traffic and still close enough to get to everything.
