We do not have trash service at this property, please be sure to take your trash with you. If needed there is a small dump/convince center located just down the road at 6783 hwy 297 Pioneer TN 37847. Upon arriving you will have to open the gate to enter the property. BE SURE TO CLOSE THIS GATE WHEN YOU LEAVE. This area is called elk valley, as it is not uncommon to be driving down the road and see elk and deer in the low grass fields! There is also a small bison farm at mile marker 7 on hwy 297! Please enjoy your stay! ***At this time there shall be no fires of any kind permitted on this property. Thank you for understanding. ***To use the water you will need to lift the blue lever on the water spigot. When you are finished with the water be SURE to close the handle back down. ***Upon arrival the 20 amp breaker should be on and the 30 and 50 amp should be off. Please inspect before plugging in for your own safety. When departing please be sure to turn off the 30 and/or 50 amp breakers. Leave the 20 amp breaker on at all times and please make sure the box cover is severely closed when finished. ***There is a building on this property that campers DO NOT have access to. Campers shall not attempt to enter the building.

The Kiefer Campground (Knoxville Campground) was a terrific location. Clinton is a great town itself, but we were also only 20 minutes from Knoxville. The campground was well organized, had lots of great recreational options (pool, volleyball, kids playground), and lots of places to walk our pups, other than the enclosed dog area. The location was far enough from the road to be quiet, but easy to get back on the highway. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to the Knoxville area.

Weekend Trip to Yeary Valley Farms

Great host, always quick to respond to any questions. The Farms has the animals well taken care of, my son enjoy them very much. Everything very clean. We really loved it. The RV full hookups were easy to access, just you will need a converter to 50amp if you don’t have just yet. Thanks again!
