Sometimes I cook for people especially if it's a group. It'll usually be vegan chili con carne and skillet cornbread, Korean chajangmen, or some tasty variety of Asian seasoned vegetable soup with homemade bread. I am 90% ovo-lacto vegetarian except in cases of hunting guests offering their own catfish, bass, venison, boar or turkey, in which case I fire up the bbq and get busy, because hunters are essential for environmental preservation. The fire ring is available for traditional cast iron cooking.
Dogs under 50 lbs are welcome if they're trained, you clean up after them, keep them leashed around guests and kenneled at night. I have 2 small dogs and I can kennel them on request.

It is a lovely and charming, albeit very tiny, experience, and I am excited to share it with you.
Guests will sleep in a cozy loft with a comfortable full-size mattress (sleeps two). The daybed/sofa downstairs is just shy of a twin-size mattress and can sleep one person.
The kitchen offers a mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, and convection toaster oven for preparing simple meals. I provide coffee, tea, and a few simple snacks. There is a French press for coffee and an electric kettle for boiling water.
The bathroom has a small shower and toilet. Towels and toiletries are provided, and if there’s anything you forgot to pack for your trip, don’t hesitate to ask!
Wi-Fi is available. The TV is set up for streaming Netflix, Prime Video, etc.
The outdoor space has a picnic table and a hammock for lounging. Guests are welcome to cook out on the gas grill and use the outdoor fire pit. S’mores, anyone?
I hope you enjoy your tiny house experience. It’s the perfect getaway for solo trips, friend trips, or a romantic weekend with your favorite person.
If you are traveling with a sports rack on your vehicle, you are welcome to take the green kayaks out for the day (as long as they are secured and safely strapped to your vehicle).
Guests have access to the backyard space, including the fire pit and gas grill. Please enjoy the hammock and outdoor picnic area.
I do not live on-site but am available by phone if you need anything during your stay. Please be aware that the main cabin is also an active listing, and there may be other guests on the property. The camper has a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom, living room with sofa bed and dining table, full kitchen, bathroom and two double bunk beds.
You may spend most of your time on the large porch which is attached to the camper. It has a dining and coffee table with chairs. Most of the time, the camper is decorated with seasonal plants.
We offer firewood, ice and country fresh eggs for additional charge.
Close to where the camper is located, you can find a picnic area and pavilion with a propane grill, fire ring and plenty of firewood.
The swimming pool is open on sunny days from Memorial weekend until Labor Day.
Fisherman can find a fish cleaning station and beautiful pond with a lot of fish and turtles.
Camper is not even 3/4 mile from the lake. Restaurants, a gas station, Dollar general, Old Country store with delicious ice cream, coffee, homemade jars of jams and more are within one mile driving distance.
The Land Between the Lakes offers an Elk and Bison Prairie, many hiking and biking trails, fishing, boat ramps, Turkey Bay off road vehicle trails and more.
Enjoy the outdoors, relax and recharge. Take a break from technology, we currently don't offer TV or Wi-Fi. Games are available per request, no additional charge. You can also rent a stand-up paddle board or bring a boat, golf cart or ATV - we have plenty of parking spaces.

At the front of the property you will find horses in the paddocks as well as chickens, mini donkeys, a sheep, a pig, mini Highland cows, and dwarf Nigerian goats, all within the barnyard. The cabin is furnished with antiques, a fluffy queen bed, and an oversized bunk above. Although the cabin is meant to be a retreat from modern electronics, it does have a cieling fan, light, TV, and outlets powered by solar panels. There is an outdoor sink and small tankless hot water shower head, gravity fed by a water tank on the hillside. You will also find an RV toilet behind the cabin under the awning.

The treehouse is located about 50 yards down a trail from the main house. Stone steps lead up the hillside to the porch entrance. Inside, large windows bring in forest views while maintaining your privacy. The main room features two comfy chairs, a kitchenette with glasses, cups, plates, a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker for cozy mornings.
The “outhouse” is eco-friendly—a composting toilet located on the front deck. On the back deck, you can relax to the sound of a trickling spring, or enjoy the heated outdoor shower (available March–November; rates are discounted 20% during the off-season). For indoor washing, a five-gallon glass pitcher with a bowl serves as a rustic sink.
Sleeping is in the loft, up a steep staircase ladder, with a queen bed and lush linens. While not ADA-accessible and not suited for those needing special assistance, the setup is perfect for adventurous, able-bodied guests seeking a unique stay.
There are two other homes on the property, both occupied, but everyone respects each other’s privacy. No one will come to the treehouse during your stay. The owners live onsite in the main house and are available if you need anything, but will otherwise give you complete space.
The path to the treehouse is lit at night, but it can get very dark on the road—so bring a flashlight just in case.

It is a lovely and charming, albeit very tiny, experience, and I am excited to share it with you.
Guests will sleep in a cozy loft with a comfortable full-size mattress (sleeps two). The daybed/sofa downstairs is just shy of a twin-size mattress and can sleep one person.
The kitchen offers a mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, and convection toaster oven for preparing simple meals. I provide coffee, tea, and a few simple snacks. There is a French press for coffee and an electric kettle for boiling water.
The bathroom has a small shower and toilet. Towels and toiletries are provided, and if there’s anything you forgot to pack for your trip, don’t hesitate to ask!
Wi-Fi is available. The TV is set up for streaming Netflix, Prime Video, etc.
The outdoor space has a picnic table and a hammock for lounging. Guests are welcome to cook out on the gas grill and use the outdoor fire pit. S’mores, anyone?
I hope you enjoy your tiny house experience. It’s the perfect getaway for solo trips, friend trips, or a romantic weekend with your favorite person.
If you are traveling with a sports rack on your vehicle, you are welcome to take the green kayaks out for the day (as long as they are secured and safely strapped to your vehicle).
Guests have access to the backyard space, including the fire pit and gas grill. Please enjoy the hammock and outdoor picnic area.
I do not live on-site but am available by phone if you need anything during your stay. Please be aware that the main cabin is also an active listing, and there may be other guests on the property. Every morning you will wake up listening to birds sing and evenings are frog symphony time. You may also have an unexpected visitor - a squirrel likes to have her favorite breakfast (pig nuts) on the porch.
The camper has a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom, living room with sofa bed and dining table, full kitchen, bathroom and two double bunk beds.
You may spend most of your time on the large porch which is attached to the camper. It has a dining and coffee table with chairs. Most of the time, the camper is decorated with seasonal plants.
We offer firewood, ice and country fresh eggs for additional charge.
Close to where the camper is located, you can find a picnic area and pavilion with a propane grill, fire ring and plenty of firewood.
The swimming pool is open on sunny days from Memorial weekend until Labor Day.
Fisherman can find a fish cleaning station and beautiful pond with a lot of fish and turtles.
Camper is not even 3/4 mile from the lake. Restaurants, a gas station, Dollar general, Old Country store with delicious ice cream, coffee, homemade jars of jams and more are within one mile driving distance.
The Land Between the Lakes offers an Elk and Bison Prairie, many hiking and biking trails, fishing, boat ramps, Turkey Bay off road vehicle trails and more.
Enjoy the outdoors, relax and recharge. Take a break from technology, we currently don't offer TV or Wi-Fi. Games are available per request, no additional charge. You can also rent a stand-up paddle board or bring a boat, golf cart or ATV - we have plenty of parking spaces.

Nestled on a sprawling 40 acre farm just 15 miles from downtown Nashville, this cozy cabin is a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature's beauty.
At the front of the property you will find horses in the paddocks as well as chickens, mini donkeys, a sheep, a pig, mini Highland cows, and dwarf Nigerian goats, all within the barnyard. A spring fed creek runs along the front of the property by the road and there is a stocked one acre pond near the main home. The cabin is furnished with antiques, a fluffy queen bed, and an oversized bunk above. Although the cabin is meant to be a retreat from modern electronics, it does have a cieling fan, light, TV, and outlets powered by solar panels. There is an outdoor sink and small tankless hot water shower head, gravity fed by a water tank on the hillside. You will also find an RV toilet behind the cabin under the awning.

Private and peaceful, all the windows face the forest, giving you the joy of childhood adventure with the comforts of home: toilet, A/C, electric fireplace, heater, and a three-season heated outdoor shower.
The treehouse is located about 50 yards down a trail from the main house. Stone steps lead up the hillside to the porch entrance. Inside, large windows bring in forest views while maintaining your privacy. The main room features two comfy chairs, a kitchenette with glasses, cups, plates, a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker for cozy mornings.
The “outhouse” is eco-friendly—a composting toilet located on the front deck. On the back deck, you can relax to the sound of a trickling spring, or enjoy the heated outdoor shower (available March–November; rates are discounted 20% during the off-season). For indoor washing, a five-gallon glass pitcher with a bowl serves as a rustic sink.
Sleeping is in the loft, up a steep staircase ladder, with a queen bed and lush linens. While not ADA-accessible and not suited for those needing special assistance, the setup is perfect for adventurous, able-bodied guests seeking a unique stay.
There are two other homes on the property, both occupied, but everyone respects each other’s privacy. No one will come to the treehouse during your stay. The owners live onsite in the main house and are available if you need anything, but will otherwise give you complete space.
The path to the treehouse is lit at night, but it can get very dark on the road—so bring a flashlight just in case.

Weekend Trip to Nine Pines Retreats
We loved our stay at Nine Pine's Retreat! This would be a great place to invite a group of friends/couples to tag along for a weekend getaway! We stayed on a very cold night, and the tent stayed pretty warm. Our favorite part was the hot tub; it was a dreamy atmosphere tucked in the woods with string lights overhead. We grilled our dinner, ate in the tent and enjoyed the campfire. My husband and I stayed one night and truly enjoyed this nice getaway!

This was a very fun stay! Super cozy! We were only stopping by for a quick rest however this would make a great base camp to explore, all the decor and enmities were very well thought out and curated for the artsy mind with great touches of hospitality. Honestly would stay again and seek this quiet spot out. We were last minute getting there and late/early to leave and the host Todd was very polite and responsive. If you’re thinking about it, book it!

Such a wonderful stay at the Happy Camper! Loved the colorful decorative touches! I found the property very peaceful with every amenity you could want for a fun glamping getaway. The firepit and front porch areas are spacious. The space has several sleeping areas and would be such a fun getaway for a family or group of friends. My bed was very comfortable. I also adored the outdoor shower which was clean and worked great. Can't wait to come back!

This “stay” was the best of both worlds for our family. My wife and daughter got to enjoy tent camping with all of the luxuries of home —air conditioning, warm shower and bath, refrigerator! The area is very peaceful and calming, especially sitting on the deck area with the trees and woods behind. My boyfriend and I stayed at the beautiful cabin for 1 night. We arrived late at night but they still welcomed us, showed us how to get to the cabin and how everything works there (outside shower, lights, power etc.). The cabin was very hidden from everything, very quiet, it felt like a real nature retreat. The whole property itself was also absolutely stunning, they have the sweetest animals, honestly they were so andorable and friendly, and you guys were so nice! Thank you again for everything! Btw, the dog and that one lighter brown horse are so cuddly and happy for visitors 😍 we would’ve loved to stay longer but we were on a tight time schedule.
