This electric campsite is near Hoosier National Forest. This area was established as hunting grounds by our family over 30 years ago and still is to this day. Create your own family tradition in this campsite that is ready for two campers on a total of 160ft gravel space. There is both 30 and 50 AMP electric, however no water or sewer hookup. You must provide your own water. There is a dump station 5 miles from the campsite at Tipsaw Recreation Area. Excellent! After all the chaos of freeway traffic for miles and hours, it was so nice to get just 5 miles off the beaten path to serenity. Nice level spot right next to the home. We never physically saw Jared or anyone, but there was no reason to as all his communication was the exact information we needed via text.

Weekend Trip to Painter Creek Camp Resort

My husband and I loved our stay here! It was quiet, everyone was friendly, and there was so much there to keep us busy. One of our teenagers even stayed one night with us with their friend and loved it just as much! We are already thinking about staying seasonally. It’s just a short 30 minute drive from our house but made us feel like we were on a getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at Tracy's. It was nice having power on a really hot weekend. The fire pit was very nice and we made some really nice ribeyes over the fire. The ticks were pretty aggressive, so bring your spray!

1 night at Honeysuckle Ridge

We were a bit hesitant as we had a 38ft motorhome with 3 slides towing a jeep. Jared was very upfront with the tightness of of the driveway. We decided to give it a go and all went very well. We did drive very slow an watched my satillite dish on top and didn't had any issues except for some smaller limbs. It was tight coming and going, but made it without any jogging back back and forth. Our MH is 12ft 6in tall. Like I said, slow and wide turns and it was fine. My Wife I loved the parking spot,,, Fire flies/lightening bugs and Banjo Frogs crocking through the night, Very cozy and private, host were very accomadating
