Inn Between the Lakes is a unique location surrounded by farm fields. It's a 1880’s farm house, old barn and newer cottage sit on just under two acres. The main floor of the home is occupied by the owner. Accommodations are available on the second floor of the house, in the cottage, and on the grounds. The upstairs second floor of the home has its own access and is separate from the rest of the house. Three private bedrooms share bathrooms and a porch/living room with a fabulous view. Completely renovated in 2023. This included adding a shared kitchenette, remodeling each bedroom, the bathroom and adding a powder room. Across the deck is the cottage. The newly remodeled suite features a king bed, cotton sheets, a convenient kitchenette, ADA friendly bathroom, private patio and deck. Set up your tent or RV under a lovely shady tree or near the limitless expanse of a waving corn field. We are a mile from Bailey Park, which hosts the Battle Creek Battle Jacks Baseball team and also many Baseball and Softball tournaments. We have a 45,000 gallon pool on site, that can be shared by those who stay here. There are Lots of tall trees of many varieties, and we have a combination of grassy space and wooded areas that can be explored. Our property is also home to lots of birds and other wildlife. Deer, turkeys, bunnies, hawks, and lots of other critters all call our property home.

I loved camping here. Robin is very welcoming and her property is very nice. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is the view from your tent on Site #3! Please remember that chickens and wildlife wake up very early! I personally find that alarm clock very endearing ~ even on the weekend. You know what they say about the early bird! ;-)

Weekend Trip to Pondor Lake Southwest Michigan

This camping property was beyond incredible! From the moment we arrived, Robyn’s kindness and warmth made the entire experience unforgettable. When we realized our initial site was closer to the house than we expected, she didn’t hesitate to help. She immediately offered us a more private, supported site, making sure we were completely comfortable. Robyn truly went above and beyond—she brought us fresh eggs, got us worms for fishing, let us use the paddle boat, and even personally drove us to go kayaking down the river! She was so thoughtful, sweet, and accommodating every step of the way. Her genuine care and hospitality made our trip so special. We felt so welcomed the entire time, and we definitely plan on coming back. This place, and Robyn, are simply the best!

Weekend Trip to Pondor Lake Southwest Michigan

First time using Hipcamp and it did not disappoint…Robin was absolutely amazing…her property was very peaceful…it was my first time ever camping and was the most perfect and safest place to get started. She was extremely helpful and even shared some asparagus with me ❤️. I hope to return in the future
