Heritage Farm was such a great getaway to slow down and soak in nature’s sounds and farm life! We enjoyed it all- from hiking in the woods with the goats to feeding and walking the alpacas! All experiences we have never had. Our daughters (ages 3 & 5) especially loved the huge slide down the hill and the adorable cats and kittens to play with. Tim and Beth are wonderful hosts! If you’re looking for a great place to unwind and reset, Heritage Farm is truly the place to escape to!

You can tell that he is a camper by the way that the site is designed. The site is easy to back into. The sewer, water and electric hookups are perfectly placed and easy to use. We absolutely loved our experience at Heritage Farms, the camping sites were very clean and well kept. There were a couple of farm cats that kept us company the whole time and they were as sweet as they could be. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained, and always stocked with all of our needs. The host were extremely welcoming and very pleasant to talk to. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. There’s lots of alpacas that next time we would like to feed and mingle with. We will definitely be back and see ourselves spending quick getaways here in the future.

This was probably the best Hipcamp experience we have had so far! Sherri and her husband have done a great job making this a great site - there were games, campfires and coffee in the morning, plus a real bath house. They are located close to Turkey Run State Park (less than 10 min) and Shades State Park (about 25 min) - a great place to stay if you like hiking at these great parks. We loved staying here and plan to come back - we highly recommend it!

Always a great stay at Havendale Farm. I've stayed many times in the car camping spot and this time stayed with a friend, so we booked two spots. Truly there's no bad location when you stay here! You can park in the shade of a tree and enjoy the rustle of leaves for the night. Dave is great and always very welcoming. This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in the Indianapolis area. Highly recommended.

Off beaten path but still convenient. Easy access with electric, water, septic. Had a nice picnic table, fire pit & plenty of complimentary firewood. Kurt was friendly but not ‘hovering’. The location put us close enough to Purdue U for events but far enough to still be peaceful. We will definitely stay again.

Really nice soft grass and very level area! Very clean and well organized.

We enjoyed Dave’s place. The willow tree is so cozy with the fence and nice and private. The soap, water and paper towels are so nice outside the Porta potty. The porta potty was amazingly clean. And the blueberry coffee cake was the best we’ve ever had!
