I needed a safe place to park my car for car camping in between long driving days on a road trip. This was a great little spot! Affordable, organized, clean port-a-potty, and in a nice, rural setting with horses around. Always a plus for me! Communication was good with the host. You are right on the back end of the property so it's great if you're not needing a huge amount of privacy. It's tucked away, just recognize that you are in someone's backyard. (I knew this in advance, the photos make it clear).

Absolutely beautiful property. The farm animals, (dogs, cats, alpacas) added a special touch that animal lovers would enjoy.
Communication was exceptional. Tim was very nice about asking whether or not I preferred the barn lights left on or off before he went back inside.

It was super cold for most of the night we were there but Dave and Tara were gracious and kind and shared some flannel blankets to help keep lab River warm. Filled my heart with joy to be welcomed so.
So grateful to have met them and found their wonderful location!! Added additional days as needed and they made everything wonderful!

It was super cold and snowy for the night we were there camping but Dave and Tara went out of their way to provide a drop cord for us so we could have power to our heater!
Much needed as the outside temp felt like -24!

It was beautiful watching the sunset. over the alpacas in the field. As we sat by the fire making dinner. Friendly kitties almost took one home in our pocket… they were just so darn cute! But our Harry ( spoiled kitty) wanted nothing to do with the cute animals. Wonderful stuff purchased at their store that was made from the farm.

Heritage Farm was such a great getaway to slow down and soak in nature’s sounds and farm life! We enjoyed it all- from hiking in the woods with the goats to feeding and walking the alpacas! All experiences we have never had. Our daughters (ages 3 & 5) especially loved the huge slide down the hill and the adorable cats and kittens to play with. Tim and Beth are wonderful hosts! We absolutely loved our experience at Heritage Farms, the camping sites were very clean and well kept. There were a couple of farm cats that kept us company the whole time and they were as sweet as they could be. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained, and always stocked with all of our needs. The host were extremely welcoming and very pleasant to talk to. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. There’s lots of alpacas that next time we would like to feed and mingle with. We will definitely be back and see ourselves spending quick getaways here in the future.

Easy going and friendly host, and we loved being around the dogs and cats and feeding out food scraps to the pigs rather than throwing them out. Got to take in an amazing sunset on the horizon of the fields on the west side of the farm.
We've camped here twice now and both times loved it. Would gladly return!

Very clean and well taken care of. The weeping willow trees were particularly nice. The electric hookup was convenient and the gravel site was nice and level. Great place to stay!

This was probably the best Hipcamp experience we have had so far! Sherri and her husband have done a great job making this a great site - there were games, campfires and coffee in the morning, plus a real bath house. They are located close to Turkey Run State Park (less than 10 min) and Shades State Park (about 25 min) - a great place to stay if you like hiking at these great parks. We loved staying here and plan to come back - we highly recommend it!
