IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW: We are a real working farm, not like a romanticized IG version of a farm. With that being said, we understand that experience may not be to everyone's liking. Be aware that if you do decide to camp here be ready for a real farm adventure! Another little tidbit: to grow food, we try to maximize the amount of sun it receives- SHADE IS VERY LIMITED. ALL CAMPSITES ARE U-PICK, THERE ARE NO DESIGNATED CAMPSITES. Let your creativity shine and choose as dope a spot as you like! If you're scared of driving off a paved road or frightened by the natural world we suggest glamping at another lovely Green Bluff location. Starting SEPTEMBER 23RD until OCTOBER 31ST every weekday we host hundreds of school kids on the farm. They start arriving around 9:00 am. If the sound of children's laughter drives you absolutely insane, you might think twice about booking a stay with us in the fall. Winter camping is available, please note we typically receive a lot of snow. Early spring is the extreme mud season, please be cautious of our soft ground and stick to the roads. July-August can get very dry some years, which means the grass goes dormant and dust starts to fly. Farm=Dirt MAX STAY IS 14 DAYS. No Side by Sides (UTV's), dirt bikes, or ATV's allowed to be rallied on the property. We can suggest close spots to rally. Bookings must be done though this site, we do not take payment for stays at the farm. Agriculture 101: In the early spring, fruit trees awaken from winter dormancy, bloom for a few weeks, and are pollinated by insects; the pollinated blossoms SLOWLY develop into fruit over the summer. In the tent, you’ll find a luxurious and firm queen size bed and compact tables for storing your items. Up for exploring? Just stick to the mowed pathways and enjoy the different settings. A hammock waits in the shade of the cherry plum tree at the bottom of the property. This property fronts Kelso Lake, which is a motorboat free 55 acre lake located half way between Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, just a 15 minute drive to Silverwood Theme Park. This is the ideal spot to spend time kayaking, catching up around the campfire, fishing, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. If you keep your eyes peeled you may see blue heron’s, bald eagles, and if your quiet the beaver may swim past and say hello! This property is a half acre at the edge of the Kelso Lake community. This property is ideally located less than a 20 min drive to Farragut State Park, Lake Pend Oreille, Bayview, and Silverwood Theme Park. If you are trailer camping you will have to back in from the public roadway up an incline to access the spot. If you aren't comfortable backing your trailer in this spot might not be for you. We also welcome tent and van campers! There is a fire ring, a picnic table, tiki bar, decks, chairs, and an outhouse. There is a trail down to the dock where you can launch kayaks, paddle boards or canoes. New this season, 4 kayaks included with your stay!! The property is situated on the end of the lake with lily pads and beaver dens…. its beautiful but not the best swimming spot! If you want to take a dip in the lake the public boat launch is less than a half mile down the road! If you have an electric boat motor you are more than welcome to use it but no motor boats are allowed on this lake. If this sounds like the perfect get away for you, we cannot wait to host!

Quiet and picturesque- a perfect landing after our long day of traveling. Hosts so accommodating- I booked and arrived all within a 1/2 hour late in a Sunday night. They met us at arrival with a smile on- thanks again!

My travel dog Thor and I had an exceptionally warm and cozy stop at this beautiful property en route to Golden BC. The field tent sits on a lovely deck overlooking a beautiful valley. With all the development in Spokane it is amazing that this beautiful semi urban area is so close to the city. We loved watching the sunset, deer in the field and stars at night. The tent and field kitchen are exceptionally well appointed. The bed is super comfy and the tent feels like a boutique hotel with all the hosts thoughtful touches. The host are lovely and great communicators. So glad they are sharing their little piece of Spokane valley paradise with people like me. We will be back with more time to relax, enjoy the tent, deck and the beautiful valley.

This was a fun experience! We go to Hidden Acres for u-pick every year and never thought to camp there. So happy we did this time! Our kiddos and pups (on-leash of course; pups not kids!) loved exploring the orchards by moonlight, waking up with the animals in the crisp morning, and slept so well in the country air. Because we could pick our spot, all the campers felt quite secluded and like we had the place to ourselves. Even though we had our own trailer having access to a real washroom and an outside shower was a treat. Thanks to the whole team at Hidden Acres for giving us an experience that we come back for every year!

We love the lack of marked sites - just find your patch of land away from others and settle in. You can choose orchard or pumpkin field vibes. The farm store is great, with lots of great artisan foods. Try the breakfast pastries! In the fall the apples are amazing. On a school day you might see a field trip of kids in the play areas or stomping through the fields looking for pumpkins. A few other things: Cell service (we're AT&T) was sometimes okay for streaming, but sometimes switched to a band with no data. It was better at night. The shower is outdoors, open to the sky. Plenty of hot water. The handles are reversed - hot is on the right. Five bucks is a bit steep for a shower, but when you've been boondocking a while, it can be worth it. If you need more water, you can fill containers at an outdoor sink near the store. Across the road from the entrance is The Big Barn, a brewery with good beer, food truck, and live music out on the lawn. Nice atmosphere - we went two afternoons in a row.

As a mom who often camps alone with the kids, I’m particular about where we will stay. Hidden Acres felt very safe, welcoming, and the kids loved the little playground area. I appreciated that staff were always a short walk away and being that they live on the property, I felt confident I could easily call if needed. The highlight of our visit was the kids being able to run around in the orchard rows and open spaces without disturbing others. Also, the ducks were a favorite! We probably won’t make it back this fall, but the kids are already asking to come back next summer.
