SON MOUNTAIN RANCH is located in beautiful North Idaho, surrounded by alpine vistas, beautiful mountains and clear glacial lakes.   We are approximately 3 minutes from Silverwood theme park and have several specialty farms located near us.  With 3 nice campsites on the front part of our property, we welcome campers coming to visit the area.   Son Mountain Ranch specializes in growing many of the herbs used in our Herbal Wisdom tea and herb blends. Also grown on the ranch are veggies and several varieties of fruit and berries.  Son Mountain Ranch is known for raising Katahdin Sheep for both meat and starter flocks, chickens for eggs, as well as our delicious North Idaho Raw Honey.

Nancy was a great host. Site was clean, bathroom was clean. Definitely recommend. We stayed there for our vacation for silverwood and more, and it was a quick drive to silverwood. The property is beautiful. Nancy recommended some attractions around the area. All around great experience!

Great spot for our first hip camp!
This spot is great! Just what we wanted and hosts are so kind! They even have amazing baked items/honey/teas for sale. Can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommend this camping spot!
The arena spot was perfect for me and my family to camp out in our tent. I really enjoyed how friendly and reachable Nancy was. Kids were very happy to meet the animals.

Hidden Gem!
Boy oh boy, what went well.... Let's start withe the most hospitable host ever, then we can go to the lovely camp sure, comfortable, scenic & a joy. We were there for 3 full days & enjoyed every minute. We would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Great site, we had two RVs, this site was very quiet and very convenient. Nancy and her husband were extremely helpful when we arrived. I would highly recommend this site and we look forward going there on our next outing...
