We provide spacious dry camping on large lots, including 28 dedicated horse camping sites equipped with double or triple corrals to ensure your equine companions are safe and secure. The upper lots feature water access for your horses, along with an open space arena and two round pens for riding and training.
The lower area allows UTV/ATV and motorcycle sites with large areas.
Adventure awaits with walking, riding, and hiking trails that lead directly to town and the stunning National Forest. For those traveling in motorized campers, our lower levels offer easy access to the highway, allowing you to explore the wonderful trails that surround us.
Our campground boasts generously sized sites, including oversized and family-friendly options. We also welcome your well-behaved pups, who can enjoy the freedom of being off-leash in designated areas.
Our friendly camp host is always available to guide you to your site and answer any questions you may have. While reservations are recommended, we strive to accommodate everyone, so feel free to drop by!

We raise and train horses and work all day to exercise and train our horses as well as run the day-to-day aspects of running a large horse property.
Our equestrian facilities include individual paddocks with attached runs (12’ x 52’), automatic waterers, feeders, rubber stall mats, a 200' x 300' outdoor sand arena, a 72’ x 120’ indoor arena, two round pens (one large), numerous trail obstacles, large-scale permanent outdoor obstacles, an outdoor washrack, as well as parking, port-a-potty, arena bleachers, and picnic table areas.
Nearby activities abound from visiting rodeos and wineries to trail riding at sunset near waterfalls or hiking painted desert canyons. Basic Kuna is just that, Basic. And that was just fine by me. They do have Full Hookups. It's all there by the Slab. I hope they didn't mind me using their Fence with Bungee Cords, to set up a Tarp for Shade. The Intersection close by, is busy. But was still a good spot for me to rest. There are People there, but none bothered me. And the Gentleman there made sure I went out the right Exit. Which I thought was nice.

Honestly I picked the location based on drive time and other reviews. I was surprised how fun a location this site is in. Many of Boise’s top restaurants are within walking distance. We also had to shop for a wedding present and there were many shops to walk to. All of the shop, bar, and restaurant employees we talked to were super helpful. The site was easy to find, private for being in a city, and we felt safe walking everywhere (even late at night). This will be my go to stop for crossing Idaho!
