We are very close to hiking, hot springs, rapelling, 200+ miles of ATV and SxS trails, golf, mini-golf, a driving range, skiing, ice cream parlor and two restaurants, and the mighty Snake River corridor right across the road. 90 minutes to the east to Jackson/GTNP/then South Gate in YNP (2 routes-- the mountain pass or the easy Snake River route), and 90 minutes to the north to West Yellowstone/Yellowstone West Gate (2 steep mountain passes). Both routes are beautiful with waterfalls, gorgeous mountain views, and Idaho countryside. Just south of its older brother, this land spans Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho, and is a crucial spot for supporting caribou populations. None of the animals here are bashful: bison, moose, deer, mountain lions, falcons, elk, and even black bears abound! Beautiful to snap shot from a distance. Just south of the forest, Bear Lake is a fun spot to take a dip after you hike one of Caribou’s dozens of peaks (Mead Peak and Hawks Peak have gorgeous views, as does Big Elk Mountain at the northern tip of the park). At the south end, you’ll find campgrounds, fast flowing creeks, and the Minnetonka Cave at St. Charles Canyon. This is a site to see, but it stays 40 degrees down there all year so be sure to pack a coat, even if you’re sweating above ground. When you’re done, stop in the charming small town of Montpelier, surrounded by rolling hills and full of retro grocers and kitschy eateries. Yum!

She didn’t mind either time, and the entire spot was so quiet and peaceful. It was close to their house, but the trees and how it was setup still gave us plenty of privacy through the duration of our stay and it was exactly as advertised

The yurt was really nice and had two single beds / one queen sized bed- it could definitely house an average family. It was clean and comfortable, with a nice covered outdoor patio area, and access to full bathroom / shower facilities. Would highly recommend; great value for the price!

We really enjoy this spot. It is beautiful and so relaxing to watch the river run by. We got an extra treat with the Elk calling all around us. This is definitely a place I would return to.

Riverside haven was the perfect private, beautiful spot by the water. We enjoyed walking alongside the river, taking in the views at sunrise and sunset, and enjoyed the birdwatching and deer! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We hope to come back with our dogs next time - they would love it!

Very peaceful spot with easy access to Grand Teton NP! It was so fun to wake up to the sounds of chickens (once we went outside -we did not hear them from inside our camper!) Alicia was very responsive and communicative! If we're ever back that way we would definitely stay here again.

We had the absolute best view of Tetons from Robin's spot! Robin was the absolute best, most generous host checking up on ys during a storm and even providing a campfire one night! Having this view, electricity, water and solitude while very close to restaurants, GTNP is amazing!

Incredibly lovely private site on the Snake river. Fishing spots, boaters, birds galore including a bald eagle and a big flock of turkeys. Hosts went above and beyond on hospitality and then left us alone. Perfect for us. Our dog loved it, too!

The cabin was cozy, bed was comfy, and bathroom worked well. Used the A/C because we couldn't open the two windows up front, which restricted a beautiful, cool airflow. No toaster. No utensils. All bedding was there and clean. Hosts were friendly and a good resource if local information. Price was right! We would stay there again.

I stayed here with my dog while attending a concert in Jackson, WY. Quiet, serene location. Beautiful scenery. The cabin was cute and stocked with towels, basic toiletries, and a few disposable kitchen utensils. The cabin was cozy with comfortable beds. I utilized the TV, refrigerator and coffee machine with no issues. We enjoyed spending time relaxing on the porch. We would definitely stay again!
