You can hunt on the forest service land by 4th of July Pass, fish on the river, or on the Chain Lakes (with the proper permits, of course). There is a access into the water from camp but it is quite steep. For easy access to the water, use the docks or boat launch at Killarney Lake or Bull Run. Pets and kids are allowed at your own risk. We enjoyed our stay at Sara's spot. The river was peaceful and she had all the things needed to have a pleasant experience - picnic table, lawn chairs, inner tube floaters and my favorite a glider rocking bench. When booking the site we thought we could drive in and out of the place to visit relatives in Spokane. Sara's place was perfectly situated to the city however the rough and rutty road to her rv parking spot was not something we wanted to drive on every day. Fortunately we found some different solutions and Sara was very patience and accommodating to our situation. She also communicates well through hip camp texting.

Weekend Trip to Fox Lane Private Campsite

We booked this Hipcamp as a stopping point along a 10-day, multi-state RV trip and we are SO glad we did. We stayed 2 nights and wish we would’ve stayed a 3rd. It was so peaceful and serene. It was truly the definition of a relaxing experience. The views from our panoramic window were gorgeous, especially at sunrise, and the nighttime sky was insane. We would love to make the trek back someday to enjoy this beautiful oasis again.
