This is really a wonderful spot! If you need a place to unwind, relax and heal this is the perfect spot for it! I spent 5 nights here by myself car camping in tent spot 1 and it really did wonders for my well being! It's so peaceful and quiet, nothing but fresh country breeze and some cows walking by once in a while I am so glad and grateful I found it. I really needed it. I wish I could've stayed longer! 💯🏕️

My tent site on Dover's land was easy to find and I felt safe. The bath house is very roomy with a big sink, clean shower and toilet, well placed hooks to hang towels and clothes and a big, comfortable bench. It was fun walking up to cows in the field and one very curious calf.

Although we didn’t see your email until after we had set up I thought I remembered that I was supposed to have site 2 or 3 on the west side of the lake. Being a holiday weekend and we didn’t get in until almost dark on Friday we set up at site E3 for our stay. I must say we throughly enjoyed our time at your facility. Most of the time was spent visiting family for a reunion. When we returned to our RV it was very quiet and we happened to catch a dry week with cooler weather. Your facility was clean and mostly well kept. I didn’t get the chance to use your bathroom or laundry facilities or fish this time but we will in the future. My only concern was that the areas around the utility connections had not been cut in awhile but it was a work around and never a deal breaker. We will be back to the park in the future. The location was very easy to find using the Hipcamp directions. Each site had full hookups with easy connection access. The RV park was well keep, had hot showers and clean bathrooms. Of particular delight was the camp host and caretaker, Lewis. Lewis sorted out and fixed a problem we had with our propane system, saving us much time and dollars. We also enjoyed shopping in the nearby town, Tifton. It was charming and its antique stores full of interesting (and inexpensive) items.

As of February 27th, 2023, the Cain Family has sold both parks and is no longer affiliated with Cains RV Park or Cains RV and MHP, LLC. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our customers for allowing us to serve you over the years. As we transition into a new chapter, we are excited to focus on our farm and the quality beef cattle we raise. Our herd, which is nearing 100 head, includes registered red polled Brahman cattle and some black Angus. While we cherish this time on the farm, we have also been inspired by the many former customers who have encouraged us to create a brand-new RV park. Your kind words have truly motivated us, and we thank you for your support. We understand what campers seek in a first-class campground, and we are already missing the wonderful guests who made our park special. After much consideration and with Justin's eagerness for new projects, we have decided to develop another RV Park. The initial steps, including zoning, planning, surveying, and engineering, will take approximately 90 days.
