Lovely land, great spot close to the highway but still silent. We needed to car camp last minute with no supplies, and Christine and Cal were quick to accommodate space for us. Thank you for turning an emergency stay into a lovely evening!

Christine & Cal run a good campground.Their property is inviting and in a good location by the highway and the coastal towns. My trip was about decompressing which I was finally able to do at their campsite! The two mini mares are adorable and their little jack russell is the real owner of the place! Shower and fridge amenities are great as well as the water cooler. At night, yes, there is traffic noise but I wasn’t too bothered by it. I heard cows at night from nearby properties which I was not aware that cows mooed at night! Haha!

I had a great experience on Christine and Cal's property. So great I spent 5 weeks there. Tent site 3 had plenty of shade during the day. Christine and Cal were very accommodating. I totally enjoyed the miniature horses as well being an animal lover and all. Single and traveling alone, I felt very safe.

We did tent camping in this ground. We had a great time there. In between each site there’s enough space to get some privacy. We were in front of the pond and the view was nice. There’s some noise from the road near but it didn’t bother us. Thank you for having us!!

We booked a 2nd night. The outdoor shower is amazing. We stayed on lots 2 & 4. Will rebook on 4 (just my preference). Its all about what you're looking for. I haven't stayed at a site that has recent pics on the hip camp site. Don't expect it and you wont be disappointed. I LOVED THIS PLACE. I dont know any tent campers that would not love this place ( I know 0 Glampers). There are hidden treasures all over this property. We had a ball. Enjoy and DONT SKIP THE HONEY! There is reportedly an alligator in the pond. I didn't see it and we all left better than we arrived

I really like the setup, they have a lot of land my spot was in the trees nice and shady all day long. There was noise from the main road + 95 it was the weekend. The price was good similar to paying at a local campsite 🏕️

All reviews were in accordance with what we expected and experienced - we had one overnight stop going south and returned for another 3 nights going north.
We were the only ones at the RV side of the pond so it gave us lots of privacy. Lovely people, nice outside shower and no other “noise” than the traffic on the road. But that is just the way it is.
Having alligators in the pond made it also exotic for us. An easy spot to find and close to the main highway too.

Always a great time… the hosts Christine and Cal are very nice…. The horse are adorable…. Great place to get away, safe and secure place to unwind, but close enough to the world to go eating and exploring.. can’t wait to go back again soon..

Our experience with Christine and Cal's land was great! They were friendly and VERY good hosts. Our site was nice, clean and private. We had a very nice view of the sun setting, and the wind flowing thru the trees at night was calming. Im definitely returning to experience the other sites in the near future. I definitely recommend booking a site with Christine and Cal, GREAT people!

Christine and Cal have an amazing property.
Their campgrounds are clean, well maintained and have all the amenities to make your stay even better.
Shower by the barn, portable toilets around the property.
Both Christine and Cal are very responsive, friendly and welcoming.
Would recommend their campsite to anyone thinking of booking with them!

In a word: outstanding. Christine and Cal are amazing hosts really going above and beyond and wanting you to feel safe and comfortable. The space is great with perfect amenities (water, hot outside shower, portable john, etc just like in the listing). They keep everything super clean and well-maintained. Others mentioned road noise--it's convenient because it's right off the road. My site was probably the closest one to it. During the day, you can hear cars of course, but at night there was no noise and I slept great! Book this place!
