Come visit our friendly donkey (Henry) and Scottish Highland cow (Wallace). You will hear roosters, braying and some mooing early in the morning. The Withlacoochee Trail is a mile east at the end of the road. This is a biking, hiking and equestrian trail. Florida Classic Park is roughly 2 miles north on Lockhart. The Croom Recreational Area is also 3 miles away. If you are traveling with farm animals, we do have (2) 2-acre cross-fenced paddocks available for an additional fee. Weekend Trip to Wolf Branch Ranch

Great place to get away for the weekend, listing was exactly as described. Gorgeous morning view off the water and comfy firepit for the evenings/nights. Host was very accommodating and on-site firewood is of great quality. Location to surrounding dog-friendly parks, grocery and food was very convenient. Will be returning in the future.

The Lodge was great. Clean. Great parking. A lovely walk around the area. Had a relaxing time. Even if you dont fish it's an excellent place to stay. Best warm pool we had the whole 2 month trip all over Florida.

We had an amazing time in the Duck Haven cabin at Jungle Oasis! It was so comfortable and it was so cool being so close to the animals. Dona and her family were so kind and welcoming. We loved the tour with all the animals, you can tell they’re treated really well. Would definitely come back!

Amazing experience and a great base camp for hiking in the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and you could see they truly care about the animals in the rescues care.

Okay, you may think these two guys and Lucky U are too good to be true by the sound of this and other reviews but they are not! This was the best HipCamp or other campground we have EVER stayed at! We used the camper because the weather was cold, and loved it but would also come back and tent camp because of all the amenities! They have thought of everything…. Clean toilets, hot showers, a shared kitchen, even hot cocoa, coffee and mints. Fire pits with wood starters and wood, tables with tablecloths and campsites that are really spread out! The horses and donkeys come to share morning coffee with you and Rob/Mike take you on a leisurely farm tour with ample time for goat/pig/dog cuddling :) The best part of the place however, are the hosts themselves Their passion and enthusiasm for all creatures ( even is humans) is so evident. We wanted to move on with them! Their staff and they keep the place spotless…. Cannot brag on this place enough! There is SO much to do in the area, we went swimming with the manatees, kayaking on crystal clear rivers, hiking….. but even if there was nothing at all to do…. Lucky U is worth the trip alone!!! They are not charging enough….. better than most Air B N Bs than we have been to!!!

Weekend Trip to Lucky U Ranch

Rob & Mike are exquisite human beings, who devote more love and attention to their campers, than many people do their children. We came with an over worked dad, two moms with way too much on their plates, and three stressed out teens. Within a few hours of being on this beautifully property surrounded by loving, affectionate animals, everyone was healing and happy. The RV and camp site was perfection. The “Pavilion” had everything a hotel guest could ever want. Coffee, towels, cute signs, and tons of personal attention were just the beginning of what these dedicated hosts offer their guests. Because of our busy schedule, they rearranged their busy schedules to accommodate us and gave us the chance to meet and love their amazing farm and animals. We loved the peaceful setting, the mass of stars overhead, the fact that we didn’t have to bring anything but ourselves and our food, and the precious visits by the horses and the donkey. Lucky U Ranch was more effective in healing, resetting, and bringing our family joy and peace, than spending thousands of dollars on therapy, and it did it 24 hours of time! We love these hosts and the sanctuary they have created for all those who need it! 🥰❤️😘

We had the best time with the animals!!! Fell in love with Dixie the pig! Other favorites were Georgie, the donkey and Wishbone, the turkey! The baby goats were precious! We loved the Gypsy lodging. Hosts were great, too!

The campground sites are huge. The staff is amazing. The amenities are so clean. Robyn and Mike pay such attention to detail and offer intricate special details that I never would’ve thought of but thoroughly appreciate. The animals are a plus.

Definitely served our needs. Dona was easy to communicate with and the place was quaint and in a peaceful farm setting. The main bed was comfortable. The pullout perhaps less so, so maybe bear that in mind if you’re trying to sleep 4. But otherwise, found the place charming and wish we had more time for a farm tour.

We had a great time there, we used the camper on site and another camper spot next to it. The sites are great. It’s private and surrounded by beautiful nature. The horses came to visit us every morning. The common area with kitchen and bathrooms is very well maintained. Bathrooms fully equipped with everything you’d need (from shampoo/ to towels and even a baby changer), and the complimentary coffee/hot chocolate makes us feel welcomed and appreciated. You can see that Rob and Mike take really good care of everything and they care about their guests. It’s definitely a special place!

The owners were accommodating to my late arrival. I had an unplanned schedule change and had to arrive late, but the location remained accessible. This is a prime hipcamp stay and would strongly recommend it if you want to experience a premium Airstream stay.

2 nights at Wolf Branch Ranch

Great hosts! Very friendly. Awesome location, you can get to the local springs in 15-20 min. (Know before you go to the springs though, the parks all have their own idiosyncrasies) Otherwise, the yurt was comfy for two people. Had a comfy queen sized mattress. The fire out with the Adirondack chairs was awesome at night, great view of the stars. It was a little cool (lows in the 50’s at night) for me, but they provided power to plug into so I was super comfy!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in the wagon and experiencing everything there is at the farm. The wagon is quaint and cozy and I kept very warm. The animals are absolutely adorable. I can’t wait to stay again!

Weekend Trip to Lucky U Ranch

We had a great time on the property and around the area. Rob and Mike are excellent hosts and have a great operation. They give a tour of the property on Saturdays so we got to see all the goats, stallions, miniature horses, geese and donkeys! The spots are spread out nicely and the bathroom/shower area are top notch for an outdoor setting! The little touches do not go unnoticed. We stayed in the RV they have availabile and boy were we happy with it since some rain showers decided to come along on our trip. We look forward to coming back sometime. Thanks Rob and Mike!
