If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Also a dump station on the property. 30A Jungle Retreat

I don’t exaggerate when I say this is one of the most private stays you’ll find in the 30A area. From your campsite, you’ll see our primary “Jungalow” on the property, but no other homes are visible from the camping spot. We’re just half a mile from the beach, yet at night you’ll fall asleep to the sounds of crickets and in the morning wake to birdsong—and you may even hear the waves. Feel free to call or message me if you’d like a video tour of the property. While large rigs can fit, our preference is for those under 30 feet. We offer 30AMP hookups, water, and septic for dumping both grey and black tanks. 50AMP rigs are no problem if you have a converter.

Weekend Trip to Glamping In Paradise

Glamping in Paradise is a gem! The site is well appointed; we were surprised to find many amenities and thoughtful touches. Our stay endured chilly nights, warm days, and a quick downpour - no worries here with the fireplace, A/C and fan, and thick tent. The lights outside were so cozy at night and we enjoyed looking at all the plants. Host was communicative and quick to respond to app messages during our stay. A unique and enjoyable camping (glamping) experience!

4 nights at 30A Bay Hideaway

We've been sojourning here for almost five years. We drive our camper from Kansas City to the Everglades for the winter and stop here at the Bay Hideaway to and from to visit our six grandchildren that live in the area. It is a perfect Hideaway, with no 'stranger danger', a huge lawn to play on, a shallow bay for the kids to have fun catching crabs, a very long dock, a tree house, not to mention the quiet and the gorgeous views. I love the porch, and the trees and marsh for the excellent birdwatching. In the four days we were here this visit we saw over 15 types of birds including a Clapper Rail, a Bald Eagle, and lots of shore birds. Crystal and Nathan have been helpful and a pleasure to communicate with... very highly recommend staying here!

This was the best campsite that I've ever been to. The campground is beautiful and secluded. The interior of the tent is super cozy, I slept better there than in my own bed at home! The owners put so much thought and consideration into amenities that make the stay so much nicer. The kitchenette is a super nice addition, with multiple cooking utensils for use with the charcoal grill. Not to mention the owners themselves were super kind and accommodating. I can't wait until I book another trip here in the future!

Absolutely fantastic experience! It had everything you could possibly need (sink, hammock, campfire, s'mores stick, picnic table, portapotties, fridge, AC, blankets, coffee maker, and even a nice little bowl of candy!) As an added bonus, it rained throughout the night and we stayed completely dry in the tent. We will 100% be back! Thank you, Ron!

I've stayed here twice now and I will say under the new management it is a complete 180 from last time. The park is actually kept up with. They were having a farmers market when we showed up. It is super quiet and priced fair. Only issue is they double booked my spot but they had it taken care of within minutes.

Better than expected. The view overlooking the water was amazing, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets that made it worth every penny. The spot was clean, quiet, and easy to set up. The shower house was small but well kept. Bring a 30 to 50 amp adapter as it states in the listing. Great stay, would definitely come back.

Book it! We felt so lucky that we found this spot super last minute. The hosts were so kind to allow us to book the same day we were arriving. We stayed a week in this paradise. Sunrises and sunsets were world class. The campsite itself was level and clean with full hookups. Getting our 36’ fifth wheel back there was no problem at all. We can’t wait to stay here the next time we’re in town visiting family.
