We have full hookups on all of our sites. We are across the street from the beach, a short 5-minute walk. Heated pool. Clean bathhouses. Laundromat and fitness room. Site includes water, electric (30/50/110), sewer, wifi + shared pool access. Two adult guests max, additional kids ok. Total 4 guests allowed. Pets must be pre-approved at time of booking. Location: Old Seagrove Beach, 1 mile east of the town of Seaside. 1/2 mile to deeded beach access. Pool: Sports style, saltwater pool is shared by guests of the Casa de Juan properties that includes the tiny house, cottage, campsite and hosts. No pets allowed in pool area. Pets: All pets must be preapproved at time of booking. No aggressive or aggressive breed dogs allowed. No nuisance animals allowed (dogs that bark excessively). We are in close quarters on small beach lots and we want all our guests and neighbors to enjoy their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Must clean up after pets immediately.
