There are many great activities close by to choose from. Our friendly and helpful staff would be delighted to help! We are open year-round and would love to have you here! We have full hookups on all of our sites. We are across the street from the beach, a short 5-minute walk. Heated pool. Clean bathhouses. Laundromat and fitness room. We are just minutes away from St. Andrews State Park. They have great nature trails you can walk or ride your bike. Come check out our great location and meet all of the wonderful guests we have! Free high-speed wireless internet is brand new along with beach access from our private, gated resort. We’re really pet-friendly here and even have a fantastic dog park.

Our partial hook up woods camp haven is only 30 minutes to the emerald coast beaches, 25 minutes to natural springs and far enough from city lights to feel secluded and peaceful. Our property is 10 acres and a work in process. Slowly adding more sites and amenities. Our main home across the street houses 3 dogs and 2 mini goats. We do have a yard dog that protects the property but she is as sweet as they come. We live on heavily wooded acres and currently don’t have a fence. A temporary fence can be provided for small dogs. Please note, we do have lose neighborhood dogs. - Pet owners assume full responsibility. Please inform us of any pets upon arrival. We are building up our RV sites and preparing our homestead. (Sorry, NO TENTS ALLOWED.) 70' Back-in RV spot can accommodate one RV and one vehicle (30' RV max). Located in Seagrove off San Juan Ave, two blocks from the emerald waters of 30A. Site includes water, electric (30/50/110), sewer, wifi + shared pool access. Two adult guests max, additional kids ok. Total 4 guests allowed. Pets must be pre-approved at time of booking. Location: Old Seagrove Beach, 1 mile east of the town of Seaside. 1/2 mile to deeded beach access. Pool: Sports style, saltwater pool is shared by guests of the Casa de Juan properties that includes the tiny house, cottage, campsite and hosts. No pets allowed in pool area. Pets: All pets must be preapproved at time of booking. No aggressive or aggressive breed dogs allowed. No nuisance animals allowed (dogs that bark excessively). We are in close quarters on small beach lots and we want all our guests and neighbors to enjoy their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Must clean up after pets immediately. While it's not common, it can happen from time to time. (Especially during hunting season.) - You may come across wildlife during your stay. While issues and encounters with dangerous animals are extremely rare, it's always a good idea to be prepared by bringing basic first aid supplies and protective items like bear spray. - There is a Dollar General less than a mile away for your basic needs. - There are a handful of restaurants in town if you don't want to cook. Feel free to ask us for recommendations! - First-time campers are always welcome! If you need assistance setting up a tent or starting a fire, we're happy to help, free of charge. Let us make your camping experience easy and enjoyable. - This is an intimate camping spot for small groups, not a party location. The total number of people on the property must not exceed the number of guests booked. Please do not host or invite additional visitors for large gatherings. Weekend Trip to Seagrove RV- Santa Rosa Beach, 30A!

Allison and her family were incredible hosts. We camped there with our 19ft camper. The site was immaculate and full hookups worked flawlessly. The pool was crystal clear and our children had a great time! Walking distance to the beach made multiple trips there nice and easy. We will definitely be back soon.

This Panama City RV site was just what we needed along our road trip! The sites were super clean, as were the bathrooms and showers. We easily walked to the beach across the street, check in was easy and the folks were all really nice!

This time of year the park is not crowded so it was easy to get a reservation. There is a heated pool but I didn’t see anyone using it, kind of cold outside. It’s a short walk to the beach and local restaurants.

We had an excellent time! Getting there and checking in was super simple. They had all of our paperwork and campsite ready to go. We were in the front row campsites and there was a bar right behind us. We really enjoyed walking over for dinner and karaoke. The place was so clean and nice. The staff and guests were all great and super friendly. The location is fantastic as it is in the middle of things but also felt secluded. We will definitely be stay again!
