That’s why we decided to offer a corner of our own rural paradise - amongst the mature oaks, blooming magnolias and palms. We have just under 7 acres with plenty of yard to share. It’s pretty basic space without a lot of amenities (yet), but we know you’d love it here. Our pricing reflects our humble start and we invite you to park your RV, pop open your tent and make yourself at home. A few things you can expect… ~Wherever you decide to set up camp, we will provide a picnic table, trash can and fire pit with wood. ~We are super pet friendly so bring your furry family members and we will ensure they’re safe and comfortable as well. ~There is access to water from the main house. ~ Electricity can be provided depending on how close you set up to the house. WiFi as well. ~ We do have a chicken coop so you can expect to hear them throughout the day. ~ We are on a dead end road in a rural residential area. My time at Lakefront Downtown Orlando was phenomenal! The hosts Julian and Jason were extremely friendly, and the space they provide is excellent. The house was perfectly clean, and had a nice kitchen to prepare some meals and chat a bit, a chilling living room to rest, a complete mosquito-proof swimming pool... And the designated camping/RV area was quite wide, plus the lake view (or even activities!) looked great. Besides all that, and very important for me, the place is within walking distance to Camping World Stadium (where the festival I was attending was held): a very cheap ride, or a ~30 min walk. You also have a Walmart across the road, very convenient. But above all, the ambient there was in the house with other RVs' and rooms' guests was super chill and friendly --in part I'm sure because of the great vibe of our festival, but also due to what Julian, Jason, and the house transmitted!

While I was in Mark's front yard, I felt like I was a world away at my own farm. This wonderfully flat and clear site faces the horses and the nursery at the front of the property. It's far enough out to feel like you're in the countryside, but close enough to everything to feel like you're in the city. Just 15 minutes from Mt. Dora and 45 from the Lake Apopka Wilderness Drive, a perfect recommendation from Mark, Pennylane Farm is a perfect spot.

Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road. PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)
