We just spent a few nights at Dunigan’s Meadow, hosted by Judy and her son, Tom — two of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll meet. Their hospitality made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The property is absolutely beautiful — rolling pastureland with cows, sheep, and three adorable donkeys roaming freely. We loved that they welcomed all three of our dogs with open arms. Judy even let us drive into the pasture so the dogs could chase racquetballs while the cows watched.
The cottage itself is small and simple, not luxury by any means — but it’s clean, cozy, and has so much heart. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the little touches — like the vase of fresh sunflowers from Judy’s garden — really made it feel special. This isn’t a polished, modern stay; it’s a real cottage on a working farm, and that’s exactly what we loved about it. We didn’t have to tiptoe around fancy furniture or worry about the dogs.
Every morning we stepped outside into misty fields and watched the fog roll over the pasture. There’s even a natural sinkhole filled with water that adds to the peaceful scenery. Dunagun’s Meadow is one of those rare places that resets your spirit — simple, authentic, and deeply grounding. If you love nature, animals, and genuine people, this place will feed your soul.

Great cabin on Ms Judy’s farm. Very private and lots of land to roam, with a good number of cows, sheep and a few goats that are friendly to people. No complaints, exactly what we needed for a quiet get away.

Weekend Trip to Glenn Farm
We loved staying at this Farm for our short stay. We stayed in the cottage for one night, and it was cute and had plenty of privacy. The friendly farm animals were surely the highlights of our short stay. The mornings were stunning with the fog over the meadows. The camp hosts were great, and Tom gave us a tour around the huge property.

We absolutely loved staying at this cottage! It was the perfect amount of space and the window AC unit did a great job keeping the space cool and comfortable. Tom and Judy were so sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this if you’re looking to get away!

Weekend Trip to Glenn Farm
My girlfriend and I had a great time staying at Glenn Cottage. We were welcomed by Judy who was very kind enough to give us a tour of the farm along with feeding sheep. The cottage itself was very nice and cozy with a homey atmosphere. I highly recommend staying at the cottage. I will definitely come back

We stayed in the cottage. Beautiful spot!. The bed was so comfortable. I loved being back in nature and not being able to see anyone else unless we drove down the dirt road. The farm animals were amazing to hang out with! Highly recommend.

Beautiful farm, very private and the house is cozy and comfortable like grandma’s place. Excellent shower. Perfect if you want less people and more nature. Nice patio pad with chairs and a fire cage. Great spot to watch the donkeys and sheep.

The cottage on Glenn Farm is a lovely getaway if you want to unwind from the hustle & bustle of life. I loved being able to look out of the bedroom window and see all the animals. Being able to explore the land and interact with the farm animals, makes you feel welcome and at home. And if you are looking for nearby adventures, Ichetucknee Springs and Ruth B. Gilchrist Blue Springs were amazing!

We've reached the stage in our life that we look for experiences beyond just a place to stay over night. What a wonderful place. So many horses to see and pet. Really enjoyed our stay, and hoped it help support their rescue efforts. Our site faced the corals. Early in the morning I was sitting have coffee outside and one of the horses made eye contact, then walked over to the fence to say good morning. Pretty cool.

Our second visit to Golden Acres. The kids love roaming around with the animals, exploring, visiting with Bobbie in the Country Store. In the midst of an emergency at a neighboring campsite, Ken kept in touch and made sure we were all safe. There is no place better to spend a weekend.

Tent camped on the farm. Platform for the tent was a nice bonus. I rode my bike on the local roads straight from the campsite. Great mix of gravel and red clay in this area. Farm animals were abound and the two large dogs are friendly teddy bears. If I come back for more cycling I will be staying here again.

Ms.Marcia, or Ms.sweetie as I like to call her was amazing! Sweetest woman ever. Her and her family were very accommodating. The work they are doing here is amazing and beautiful. The ranch was clean and very well taken care of. They were very knowledgeable about their horses. She gave us a tour when we arrived and learned about all the horses and their personalities. I would rate Crazy 8 ranch and 10 out of 10, will stay again. Thank you so much Ms. Sweetie, we look forward to working with you.

Absolutely loved staying at this quaint little cottage.
Everything was pristine clean, comfortable beds, nice induction cooktop with all the kitchenware you could ask for.
Now, what truly makes this a gem of a place is the breathtaking property that surrounds you. Filled with the sweetest donkeys who enjoy a good apple, the cows who will let you sit with them under the trees, and most of all, the hosts, Tom and Judy.
They were both so hospitable and welcoming. You really couldn't ask for a more peaceful, perfect place. Would highly recommend Glenn Cottage and look forward to another visit!
