We have a nice little RV pad on the back of our coastal home. Situated on a little bayou that opens out into Choctawhatchee Bay. Crab Island is only a 10 minute boat ride away. You would have access to our small dock and there is a neighborhood boat ramp less than one hundred feet away. This is a great place for kayaks, wave runners, and small boats. If you don't have a boat, we can set up any kind of trip you want. We are all licensed captains and own multiple Crab Island businesses. So we can set up charters for you on the following boats:
Sailing trip on a restored 1963 Pearson Ensign. Can accommodate up to 6 people. This is a classic sailboat that is easy to sail and easy to learn to sail.
A restored 1966 Boston Whaler that is perfect for couples looking for a sunset cruise, etc. Can accommodate up to 6 people but it perfect for 2 -4. We can go to Crab Island, look for dolphins or find our own private island beach.
Waverunner tours. We can take you on a guided wave runner tour looking for dolphins and private beaches. You will drive one wave runner while our licensed captain guided you on another one. Insurance does not allow us to rent these out solo but there are many good vendors in the area to do that.
Inshore flats skiff targeting redfish and trout on light spinning gear and fly rods. This boat is best fished with no more than 3 people.

Primitive camping is permitted at designated wooded high grounds in the middle of the property. It is a 5 and 10-minute rugged hike in to the middle ground respectively. The trail remains under development, so please bring close-toed shoes or boots for hiking throughout the property (depending on rainfall, there may be mud and water).
We have two primitive campsites these campsites are first come first serve, they are not assigned when booking. Plesea see pictures.
Our Glamper tent is a 10x12 canvas furnished full size bed with bedding, pillows and enough floor space for two sleeping bags.
The tens are located off a short trial, but rugged 2-minute hike from the parking area. We provide the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent.
Closed toed shoes are highly suggested as well as plenty of lighting with batteries or solar charging capability. This is a rugged, fun and serene camping experience.

Enjoy the seclusion of this area while still being in close proximity to Panama City Beach and 30A.
Pier Park in Panama City Beach is where you can find the nearest grocery stores, shopping and restaurants in a 35-40 min drive from the home. Once you are here, its likely you will want to stay and not leave though so bring plenty of good meals to cook and enjoy!

Explore 11+ acres of rustic and untamed woods. We are a military veteran family who enjoys the land as a place for family and friends to explore, camp, and relax at the 250+ feet of the East Bay beach.
We do not have WiFi, but we do have 5g service throughout the 11 acre property.

Primitive camping is permitted at designated wooded high grounds in the middle of the property. It is a 5 and 10-minute rugged hike in to the middle ground respectively. The trail remains under development, so please bring close-toed shoes or boots for hiking throughout the property (depending on rainfall, there may be mud and water).
We have two primitive campsites these campsites are first come first serve, they are not assigned when booking. Plesea see pictures.
Our Glamper tent is a 10x12 canvas furnished full size bed with bedding, pillows and enough floor space for two sleeping bags.
The tens are located off a short trial, but rugged 2-minute hike from the parking area. We provide the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent.
Closed toed shoes are highly suggested as well as plenty of lighting with batteries or solar charging capability. This is a rugged, fun and serene camping experience.

Located in Seagrove off San Juan Ave, two blocks from the emerald waters of 30A. Wifi + shared pool access. Two adult guests max, additional kids ok. No pets allowed.
Location: Old Seagrove Beach, 1 mile east of the town of Seaside. 1/2 mile to deeded beach access.
Pool: Sports style, saltwater pool is shared by guests of the Casa de Juan properties that includes the tiny house, cottage, campsite and hosts. No pets allowed in pool area.
Pets: All pets must be preapproved at time of booking. No aggressive or aggressive breed dogs allowed. No nuisance animals allowed (dogs that bark excessively). Golf Carts: You can bring your own golf cart or rent one and have delivered to the site. I don’t exaggerate when I say this is one of the most private stays you’ll find in the 30A area.
From your campsite, you’ll see our primary “Jungalow” on the property, but no other homes are visible from the camping spot. We’re just half a mile from the beach, yet at night you’ll fall asleep to the sounds of crickets and in the morning wake to birdsong—and you may even hear the waves.

Located on the Choctawhatchee river, The Lazy River home is 1 mile up river from the bay and located just off of the big river. You are able to access the best of both worlds here including Crab Island, the fresh water springs and the big river.
Stay in the river and catch bass, bream and catfish or venture into the bay and catch redfish, trout and mullet. The home features a private concrete boat launch, dock, and boat lift in the brackish water canal behind the home for your boat. Enjoy accessing the home for your stay by water or land. Our favorite way to access is by boat- launching at the West Bay bridge in Panama City and running down the intracoastal waterway into the bay.
When accessing our property by vehicle, be prepared to drive 17 miles off of highway 79 with a 4 mile portion of that being a dirt road. We can not guarantee the condition of the dirt road portion of your drive for your stay, however the dirt road is graded weekly.
Enjoy the seclusion of this area while still being in close proximity to Panama City Beach and 30A.
Pier Park in Panama City Beach is where you can find the nearest grocery stores, shopping and restaurants in a 35-40 min drive from the home. Once you are here, its likely you will want to stay and not leave though so bring plenty of good meals to cook and enjoy!
The home features a private screened cookhouse with a wood burning grill, satellite TV and plenty of private parking for your vehicle and boat trailer.

This RV park had great access to the beach. It was clean and in a nice area. Perfect location between Destin and Pensacola but also had some charming restaurants and nightlife less than 20 min from rv park. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great spot, conveniently close to everything but in a generally quiet neighborhood. The site was spacious and well equipped, with electric, water, sewer and an outdoor shower (though cold, but refreshing, in the middle of a sunny day).
The hot tub was nice, but by the time it got hot enough, I was sunburned and couldn’t enjoy it lol. The animals were fun to watch and the rooster was right on cue each morning. Fresh eggs in the morning were a welcomed addition and the hosts were fantastic! Thank you for opening up your land to enjoy!!

Weekend Trip to Bay Forest Retreat
This was our second time at the Glamper 2 and it was fantastic, once again! My daughter loves this set up and loves the surroundings. The provided kayaks where the highlight of the trip for her this time around. Very quiet and secluded, it’s far enough removed that it’s peaceful but close enough to the main roads should you need some. We will definitely be returning again.

Weekend Trip to Bay Forest Retreat
The spot was beautiful!! We loved the glamping tent. The linens were clean and comfortable, and the location was quiet and serene. We had a lovely time in the kayaks and around the fire. The outdoor shower was invigorating, too! The facilities were clean, including the port a potty. We never could get the well to work, but if needed, water can be gathered from the water source in the outdoor shower. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Having all of the sewer and water hook ups made our trip such a breeze. The neighborhood was very nice and safe with an easy 10min walk to the beach. We will definitely be returning to this site!!

We really enjoyed our overnight primitive camp. The property and trails are awesome and the sites are very nice with fire pits and log seats around them. It would be nice to have an easier way to get camping gear and supplies to the site.. they provide folding wagon but the footbridge over swampy area is very narrow and cart tipped over side quite a few times.. was exhausted after 4 round trips getting our gear and cooler to site.. I will come back for sure but will pack much lighter lol

Checking in was a breeze. The staff were welcoming and efficient. My tent site was sized generously and I felt safe at all times. I can't say enough about the warmth and welcome of all the RV campers who checked in on me after cold nights to ensure that I slept warmly. I was repeatedly invited to Clubhouse events, which appeared to be very well attended. This campground is like a little enclosure of happy family members having a great time. The pier and beach area is clean and peaceful, laundry and shower rooms are immaculate and well furnished. I will definitely be returning and hopefully for a longer stay. The campground is also perfectly located near the bridge to the beach and to all necessary food and supply stores and great restaurants and gift shops, but is quiet inside camp grounds. Perfect!

The property entrance and exit took some getting used to but the added security being inside of a locked gate was something we enjoyed at night. Sand Between Your Toes was a fantastic place to stay. Even though the owner lives on site, the property felt very private, quiet, and secure. It’s centrally located and closer to the Rosemary Beach end—which we preferred anyway.
While exploring the area, we drove past several RV campgrounds where people were packed in tightly, which made us even more appreciative of our choice. Staying at Sand Between Your Toes was absolutely the right decision.
The driveway entrance is on an incline and a bit narrow, but Brian suggested backing down the road and approaching it at an angle, which worked perfectly—we had no issues at all. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it.
