Staying at Jereme's place was really unique. The farm animals and neighbors were pleasant and generous - even got some eggs.
The concrete slab was flat and the roof would be real nice if you got rain.

Jay’s place is such a gem! I booked last minute for one night on my way to south Florida and wish I could have stayed longer. The property is huge and beautiful, with big shade trees and a relaxed, old Florida vibe. Jay was out of town during my stay but Todd and Liz, the hosts/caretakers, could not have been nicer or more accommodating (thanks again for everything Liz!) Highly recommended!

What a great spot, just make sure to read everything about getting there and avoid the sand road!! Jay was great, we are just shy of 45’ and were able to swing in and get comfortable. Nice country style setting but close to entertainment and beach. Thanks Jay!!

I styed at this site while visiting my relatives for Thanksgiving. It is aa convenient location to Sanford and Oviedo. Electrical and water hookup were as advertised and the host helped me get connected as I forgot my longer hose. I would recommend and will be back next time I visit my relations in the local area.

Cute spot with a nice little yard. It was a tight fit for our trailer under the canopy so I would not recommend any tall rigs but it was a super cute quiet spot. We used it for a place to stay while visiting Disney and it was perfect for that! Definitely would go back

Nice concrete pad which is super helpful in FL rainy season. There are no RV parks in NSB with concrete pads so this was a nice option for us while we were in FL to work on our house. Liz and Jay were super helpful and we would stay here again. Thank you for hosting.

Jeremy’s place is great! Has everything you need. It is beautifully detailed with lighting, fans grass area off pristine concrete slab and a picnic table. Great quiet location yet close to market, gas & food. Jeremy was there to meet us and assist in backing in. Only thing you need to be concerned with is if you want to park under awning structure confirm your height with Jeremy. We camped in a 28’ Airstream with 2 dogs.

Jeremy was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and provide everything we needed during our stay.
The spot is secluded yet near stores and everything you would need.
It's great for kids, there are farm animals nearby that you can pet and/or watch. They can bike and walk around the neighborhood.
It has a "ranch in the city" feel, there are horses near too.
We would definitely come back!!

We loved staying at Jay's. He was very welcoming and went out of his way to help us out. The description is exactly as listed. He has a couple of options for set up locations. His property has the feeling of being remote. However, you are only a few minutes away from grocery and some other stores and restaurants. It is a short drive to the beach or inland water way/Indian River.
Jay was available and easy to get in contact with. He helped us with many questions about the area and where to go. We were even able to catch two rocket launches just from the back yard.
If you want a quieter Florida experience give Jay's place a visit. Next time we are in the area or passing through, this will be our stay of choice.

Great communication with the host, Jay, who was off property at the time. He made sure that we had what we needed and answered any questions that I had. Hospitable. Also an AWESOME caretaker of the property, Liz. She showed us around and told us about the animals in the area. Jay and Liz made this trip so amazing. The site felt completely private. My son and I spent almost all of our time down at the outside yard area where there was cooking and device using and relaxing and napping for four days. I loved the hot tub. My son and I got to watch our first space coast launch from the backyard. (Thanks Liz! I wouldn't have known it without you!) My kiddo loved that! The outside cooking area was awesome and great accessibility being able to use my cooking stove and utensils and I have a two slice toaster and a single burner with pans. I was able to feed my son what I would normally feed him. And while there is no shower hookup the water hose was more than adequate for just about everything we needed and there is water in the sink down at the outdoor cooking area. And it tastes clean. It was quiet outside of random cars on the back road. Nights were very quiet. I wish I had taken pictures of the area but I totally forgot while enjoying the hot tub on site 24/7. The cabana is very comfortable for a nap by the way. There are so many chairs, lounging was easy. Loved the tornado fans that kept the outside cool and mosquitos out. It was perfect. We're coming for my birthday in a month!
