Fish off the deck or from the yard, zip over to the springs in 10 minutes or head over to the St Johns river for a meal. The tiny house has a vegetable garden you are free to do with as you please as well as cornhole and games for your use under the 5th wheel. Excellent slice of Paradise ❤️ If you are traveling through Florida this is one of the most Beautiful amazing places you will find and you will have the place All to yourself! Julene treats you like family and the property is absolutely serine and peaceful so plan on sleeping in and maybe staying an extra day! We did! Our 40 ft Class A pulled right into the large level pad , plugged into 50 amp service with water hooked up and done! 5G cell T-Mobile i watched SEC football all Thanksgiving Weekend !!! Does it get better! Only the Moonlight through the Tall Pines on Julenes farm 😎 less than a mile off US1 this is the best kept secret in Florida 🤩 FIVE STARS!!!! Highly Recommend!!

I styed at this site while visiting my relatives for Thanksgiving. It is aa convenient location to Sanford and Oviedo. Electrical and water hookup were as advertised and the host helped me get connected as I forgot my longer hose. I would recommend and will be back next time I visit my relations in the local area.

Julene’s place is awesome! She greeted us when we first got here and was suuuper nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. Her communication was always prompt - she was the PERFECT host!!! This site was exactly what my wife and I were looking for - a very quiet, peaceful RV site, out in nature, but not too far off the beaten path. The spot is just about 5 minutes away from Palm Coast where there is plenty to do, and places to eat, and roughly 15 minutes away from Flagler beach. We had absolutely zero issues with anything - the power and water was ready for the camper when we got here and the water pressure on the camper hookup was great. The covered area by the site was fully equipped with a fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill (charcoal was provided), all grilling utensils, propane burners to cook on with propane, large outdoor fan and a couple tables. She also had plenty of fire wood for us and the fire pit is really big and nice. We couldn’t stop talking all weekend about how awesome this place is! We will most definitely be back soon! Thank you Julene!!!

Very nice tiny home on the water, loved the sunset and abundant wildlife, gators, turtles, cranes, even saw a momma otter and her two babies. Boat ramp is decent, should be deep enough for boats up to 20ft but it was very shallow in most parts. Just stick to the marked areas. Will definitely be back, great place to unwind and far from the more crowded areas.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend at the farm! Margarita and Rob were very kind and welcoming. Setting up our travel trailer was super easy. I loved meeting and learning about the animals - highland cows, mini donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. Even got to hold one of the baby goats! We'll definitely be back again and plan to get our eggs from them moving forward. Would highly recommend!

We spent 3 nights at Quiet Pasture. I highly recommend this place. We had a fun time visiting with the Scottish Highlanders, donkeys, goats, and chickens. Margarita was very welcoming. It is obvious she cares a lot about her animals. A few goats even wondered over to us when we were outside reading. Definitely check this place out.

Fantastic house, hosts and campground...so peaceful and quiet with sunsets that rival those we see here on the gulf coast. Everything we needed was in the house with the bed being surprisingly comfortable. Perfect home base with plenty to do within about a 50 mile radius (springs, lakes, quaint downtowns). Will be back I am sure!
