Welcome to Malakai campgrounds different by design 🏕 I purchased this land several years ago after a loss of a child a daughter her named was (little jo) JoLisa Marie Roadcap , it was a life changing moment, teaching me that family and enjoying of life is what it all about... so I want to welcome you here to Malakai for a peaceful and relaxing time, it's even a place that may help you heal from life hardships... At 5:30 just as the Sun comes up it is time for you to go out on to the deck and listen to the birds song 🎵 . As the Sun starts to rise on a new day ✨️ dozens of species of birds from the Great American Bald Eagle , To the endangered woodpecker, The blue herrings, bluebirds(we have mating pair that comes every year) blue jays, mocking birds, doves and several other species and occasionally a couple small black bears like walking through, we want you to have a peaceful and relaxing stay here while you visit everything,here at Garson Point were several species of carnivorous plants grow wild and our beaches have much to offer. It's official -- after 4 years of politics we are officially a park and a preserve.....9 acres of 🚶‍♂️ trails 👣 we are still constructing trails by hand I believe this place has a spiritual strength to people of all nations  

History  of our location Count De Galvez awarded a land grant on Garcon Point to Antonio Garzon following his 1781 Siege of Pensacola in consideration of “his good services rendered as an interpreter to the Indians of Pensacola." The grant was held for 35 years before Maria Garzon, who survived husband Antonio, sold the land they called Garzon’s Point to Joseph (Jose) Bonifay.

The land uses were favorable for cattle grazing and turpentining through the 1800s. Many more pioneer families moved into the area and began their own business in the booming industrial opportunities of western Florida. It came to be known as Yellow River Marsh State Buffer Preserve on June 12, 2000, when it was purchased by the state of Florida to protect rare and environmentally sensitive lands, plants and animals.

Through generous donations, Preservation 2000 and the Florida Forever Program, more land was added to protect contiguous habitat of the Garcon Ecosystem.

Today Yellow River Marsh Preserve State Park provides recreational opportunities for hiking and nature study along the Great Florida Birding Trail among rare and endemic plant species and within one of Florida’s oldest multi-cultural frontiers.The preserve is located in Santa Rosa County on Garcon Point, which separates Escambia Bay from Blackwater Bay.

Nearly 20 rare and endangered species of plants 🪴 and animals make their homes along the bay and its wet prairies, dome swamps and flatwoods. 

November through March the best time to request to use the glamping tent comes with a little wood stove

Decorated for December Holidays!  Stay cozy and warm in the winter inside our glamping tent with an electric fireplace!  (We have a website, but I don't think I can list it here.  A google search "Paradise Gardens Westville Florida" will help with that).

Elevated on a 20x28 wood deck, surrounded by lush landscaping and many extras, this campsite is less than an hour from lakes, rivers, natural springs, and the famous Emerald Coast.

Roam the small fruit and vegetable gardens, where, depending on the season, you can pick grapes and other berries, lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, or vegetables like tomatoes, okra, peppers, or squash.  

Whether you're seeking a romantic escape for two or a family adventure, this glamping haven provides something for everyone.  Roast marshmallows over the fire pit, relax in a hammock swing, grill your favorite meal on the bbq, or lay back in the bell tent comfy queen bed while enjoying the AC.

If you are looking for an experience, and not just some patch of dirt to camp on, Paradise Gardens is for you.  Glamping is the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors without having the hassle of hauling your own gear around.  

Walk the 25 acres amongst some of the oldest pine trees in Northwest Florida.  Take the diameter of a pine tree and multiply by 5 and that tells you the approximate age.  Given that some of these trees are between 3 and 5 feet wide, know that when they were saplings, Thomas Edison invented his light bulb, Abraham Lincoln gave the Gettysburg Address, and some are old enough to have been there when Jefferson penned the draft of the Declaration of Independence.

Beyond the campsite, you can explore the nearby white sand beaches.  See the natural springs of Ponce DeLeon,  less than 15 minutes away.  Or do other activities like swimming, fishing, and hiking.

16.4 foot diameter furnished bell tent on a 20x28 elevated wooden deck (3 steps).  Queen bed plus couch and small cot, sleeps 2 adults and 2 children.  Mini-Fridge 1.6cf, AC, fan, coffee maker, charging port outlets, picnic table, lots of custom lighting, bbq grill, fire pit, outdoor sink, grilling utensils, 2 portable toilet buildings, & outdoor wood shower stall where you can take a hot shower.

The 20x28 wood deck platform is bursting with solar powered lights that come on at dusk, making the campsite look magical.

Across Topsail, we’ve scouted out three sites for our luxurious bell tents, each with AC and heat. Each site is easy to access and safe from the elements and wildlife. These give you 24/7 access to the park and are perfect for creative getaways, overnight adventures, family gatherings, weddings, celebrations, and much more.
With our glamping packages, you can experience another side of Topsail. During the day, you can enjoy the park’s tranquil beauty away from the hustle and bustle of the main trails. Then, away from the city lights, watch all the stars and wildlife come out to play when the sun goes down.

War Wagon on FOB Pelican

The War Wagon @ FOB Pelican is located one mile north of I-10 off Exit 28.  The Vietnam era truck is under a shaded cover and equipped with a queen size bed, ac, tv, coffee maker, refrigerator and wifi. The property’ amenities are available to guests. Outside under cover bar, trolley car bar, kayaks, canoes and floats. We’re on the water with a small beach for kayak launching and a boat tie-up area. We’re close to the beaches, downtown Milton, and Pensacola. Our property features a dock with boat access to the Blackwater River and the surrounding bay. There is additional lodging available on FOB Pelican. 

Guests can enjoy free use of canoes, kayaks, and floats. There’s an air-conditioned trolley bar overlooking the water, plus a covered outdoor bar area with a TV and hot tub. Milton offers great bars and restaurants nearby, and you can even have food delivered from Domino’s or Walmart.

You’ll feel like you’re in a remote Florida bayou, yet still close to everything.

The Lazy River

Located on the Choctawhatchee river, The Lazy River home is 1 mile up river from the bay and located just off of the big river. You are able to access the best of both worlds here including Crab Island, the fresh water springs and the big river.

Stay in the river and catch bass, bream and catfish or venture into the bay and catch redfish, trout and mullet. The home features a private concrete boat launch, dock, and boat lift in the brackish water canal behind the home for your boat. Enjoy accessing the home for your stay by water or land. Our favorite way to access is by boat- launching at the West Bay bridge in Panama City and running down the intracoastal waterway into the bay. 

When accessing our property by vehicle, be prepared to drive 17 miles off of highway 79 with a 4 mile portion of that being a dirt road. We can not guarantee the condition of the dirt road portion of your drive for your stay, however the dirt road is graded weekly. 

Enjoy the seclusion of this area while still being in close proximity to Panama City Beach and 30A. 

Pier Park in Panama City Beach is where you can find the nearest grocery stores, shopping and restaurants in a 35-40 min drive from the home.  Once you are here, its likely you will want to stay and not leave though so bring plenty of good meals to cook and enjoy! 

The home features a private screened cookhouse with a wood burning grill, satellite TV and plenty of private parking for your vehicle and boat trailer.

If you are looking for a spot to park your RV/Trailer/Motor home so you can hit up all the Emerald Coast has to offer.......this is it.  The parking spot is a flat grassy area on quiet street with views of East Bay and new homes across the street with 2-3 more being developed.  

Bring your kayaks, canoes, fishing gear and boat so you won't miss out.

30A Bay Hideaway

Private, gated waterfront estate on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Close to the activities on 30A and the Gulf of Mexico (7 minutes) but secluded enough to feel like you have your own private piece of paradise with amazing sunset views. The bay is full of life: watch mullet jump, catch crabs, watch for dolphins and sting rays. If you enjoy fishing, try night fishing on the dock, too. Bay charters come to the waters around our dock on their excursions! If you bring a boat, Cessna Landing is just under 2 miles away with a very nice boat launch. Tie your boat to our dock for the duration of your visit. Boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, swimming, sunset watching, bicycling and campfires are a few things to enjoy while at the 30A Bay Hideaway. Sunset viewing deck, bay beach/dock, fire pit and an outdoor shower and sink with hot water and an outdoor mini-fridge are included in the listing. Owners are not onsite during rental periods and the property is limited to one RV site so you can be sure you will have the property all to yourself!

Navarre Beach Camping Resort is located in Navarre, FL. We have 99 rv sites 29 cabins and three travel trailers. We are on the water, the Santa Rosa Sound, it is an intercoastal water way. We are a ten minute drive to Navarre Beach. Fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding are fun things to do in the area.
