Come camp in the woods right off the Perdido River. There is a short walk to the cabin, either along boardwalks or via a trail, and we provide carts to make it easy. Across the floating bridge is a sandbar where you can hang out with other river rats and enjoy a cold one. The Perdido River is known for great tubing and kayaking. We have tubes available to loan. A float from Fillingim’s Landing to our sandbar takes about four hours with stops. If you’re looking for an all-day adventure, you can put in at Barrineau Park Bridge. We are 420-friendly, and if you want to enjoy a beer, we’ll probably join you. There is a large outdoor fire pit and grills available for use. I also have camping hammocks that can be set up for extra guests, as well as a camping toilet. 2 nights at Perdido River Camping Cabin

My partner and I loved staying here! The site and host both exceeded any expectations. The cabin was clean and the AC worked wonderfully. The river access is super close to the cabin and beautiful. Tracie gave us a ride down to a tube launch and let us use her lanterns and supplies to make our stay more comfortable. It was very nice to be in a secluded spot in nature while also having access to support should we need it! We definitely plan on coming back sometime soon!

10 nights at Perdido River Camping Cabin

I had a great time with me and my animals. I enjoyed being in the cabin and near the river. I didn't have a vehicle and Tracy and Dave offered to bring me to the store and grab gas for the generator. Thank you for such a fun 10 day vacation and I appreciate spending my birthday with Tracy's beautiful family tubing on the river. I'd absolutely stay again.

The area was so much like the photos! What a laidback and beautiful property. The amenities were wonderful, and the nature all around is priceless. Host was communicative and promptly answered all our inquiries. The area is private so we didn't see them during our stay but we felt the sense of hospitality in the details from the cards and guestbook. We have already started recommending this spot to our friends! Note: we arrived each night very late, and the road we entered through has little visibility, so just proceed with some caution and keep your eyes peeled! Thanks again and looking forward to our next visit.

Weekend Trip to East Bay Family Retreat

I loved tent camping on Sarah's land! The views were beautiful and directions were clear. There was another site nearby but it was quiet. Loved going for 4th of July weekend highlight on campsite was taking a shower at night with the twinkling lights and the fireworks going off. Such a great experience and a magical moment.

We loved our experience here at Topsail! It was so beautiful. Surrounded by neighbors (other campers), yet felt secluded the entire time. It was by far hot in the tent during the day(which was expected), I’d bring extra fans or just plan on spending the day away from the tent. At night, it’s nice and cool and we slept great!

An amazing place to stay. It had everything a person could possibly need. It is a little rustic but gosh darn does it get the job done. Couldn’t recommend it more. Really great wifi. Like really good. Will be returning. As a city boy who’s not the biggest fan of camping. This is how camping should be done. Great place.

This spot was beautiful, quiet, and a centralized location for trips to multiple springs. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic and the fire pit was perfect for hanging out at the end of the day. The outdoor shower was amazing! It was easy to find with the directions provided, and Ron was very responsive and quick to reply. Thank you for sharing this wonderful spot 🙂

The property was beautiful! The accommodations were all very nice from the bathrooms and kitchen area to the campsites themselves. Very clean and very beautiful. Highly recommend taking the kayak trip and bringing some floaties/boogie boards for the river. Amanda is a great communicator and extremely nice, 10/10 recommend and will definitely be coming back! The campsites are spaced out nicely so they aren’t too far away from one another but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet, great for groups or couples!

This place was great! We stayed in the glamping tent/cabin, and despite absolute downpouring rain, we were bone dry inside, and quite comfortable. The AC unit gave us tremendous relief, at night we literally got chilly. Such a cool atmosphere in the whole area. The host was great, he met us even though we showed up late at night, he gave us a tour of the area and we saw him from time to time throughout the trip and he was a pleasure to chat with. Definitely recommend!

Weekend Trip to Perdido River Camping Cabin

I LOVED this spot, secluded and right next to a beautiful and clean river. The short walk to the cabin was very enjoyable although it’s a little rough on the wagon if you’re hauling heavy stuff but nothing crazy. The neighbors that come to the river are SO sweet and a good time all around, though id leave dogs at the cabin out of respect for the people at the river!!! I’m totally going to come here again I had the best time.

Gene was an EXCELLENT host for this little get away. He even took us for a boat ride out in the lake! I highly recommend this spot as he and his military memorabilia are something to admire while soaking in the views from the breezeway bar outside :) Definitely plan to get out this way again!!!
