The campgrounds are gorgeous and the roaming cattle are magical. The staff was lovely! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would not stay in the Oakwood forest again. I would stay in another area for three reasons: 1) the site is too far from the bathrooms 2) a train comes by and shakes the ground, in addition to being extremely loud. 3) there was construction going on and that was just off putting. They need more bathrooms. There are five bathroom/showers and for the amount of people that camp on a busy weekend — it is not nearly enough. We will return and stay in a different area. We absolutely loved the rest of the experience.

Our cabin was comfortable and well equipped, and the on-site amenities like the huge pool, fire pits, and ice cream truck made it extra fun for the whole family. My time at Lakefront Downtown Orlando was phenomenal! The hosts Julian and Jason were extremely friendly, and the space they provide is excellent. The house was perfectly clean, and had a nice kitchen to prepare some meals and chat a bit, a chilling living room to rest, a complete mosquito-proof swimming pool... And the designated camping/RV area was quite wide, plus the lake view (or even activities!) looked great. Besides all that, and very important for me, the place is within walking distance to Camping World Stadium (where the festival I was attending was held): a very cheap ride, or a ~30 min walk. You also have a Walmart across the road, very convenient. But above all, the ambient there was in the house with other RVs' and rooms' guests was super chill and friendly --in part I'm sure because of the great vibe of our festival, but also due to what Julian, Jason, and the house transmitted!

We loved our stay at Ellen’s yoga yurt! It was better than I even could have expected, and was such the perfect little spiritual retreat. We opted to add on the Kundalini Yoga and Sound Bath experiences and are SO happy that we did. These are the kind of experiences you usually have to travel out of the country for. I truly loved the design and the decorations, and especially all of the sound bowls and instruments I got to play with while I was there. The gong and the rain stick were a few of my favorites. The tree house was another super fun addition, and climbing up into it took me back to my childhood. It was truly magical and I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, Ellen 🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️🕉️
