We stayed 3 nights. The property is beautiful and located in a quite area. We enjoyed sitting by the pond and watching the wildlife. The landscaping and plants are pretty. We even got to see turtles and a peacock. We had to work remotely in our van and this was the perfect spot for an escape from busy Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. It is a short drive to shopping and parks. We did not need power but was able to get water from a hose. Our dog ejoyed the place as well. Vito was very kind. We would visit again.

What a wonderful place to spend a few days—or even a few weeks—relaxing with all the amenities you could need. My partner and I enjoyed several days of warm sunshine in a beautifully maintained and thoughtfully landscaped neighborhood. Unlike the congestion of many RV parks, this space felt open and private, almost like having our own small property.
We also appreciated the nearby shops and the culture of this part of Margate. It was an ideal balance of quiet retreat and access to local life. For outdoor enthusiasts, the location is excellent—just about 30 minutes from outstanding mountain biking and trail systems at Markham Park and Amelia Earhart Park.
The experience truly lived up to the promise and was well worth the trip.
One minor consideration for those traveling with dogs: while the park is dog-friendly, the streets are narrow and there are many reminders to keep pets off private lawns. It’s manageable, but worth being aware of when planning walks.

This was my first time using this app, so I didn’t know what to expect… and let me say that it far exceeded my expectations! Vito the owner couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating! I had an issue that was a million percent my fault… I cut the corner too tight coming in and got stuck in the ditch. If this happens to you, just call Priority Towing and they’ll come get you out the way you went in!!! Vito was so helpful throughout that whole thing! The property is beautiful and peaceful. If you have dogs, there is a very well-kept backyard, but you can also walk them on the sidewalk of the main road. Would most definitely recommend this very cool and hip camp!

My wife, cat and I stayed at Vito's for 6 weeks! while working remotely and exploring the area. We lived out of our travel trailer in Vito's larger RV site and shared the property with the occasional neighbor Hipcamper.
This is a great spot for a longer-term stay! Mind you, while we had 50 amp power, we shared the water supply (hose was long enough to reach our trailer), and did not have a sewage hookup. Vito kinda recommended a local pump out service for our tanks. We only ended up using them a couple of times as we took the camper down to the keys for a long weekend amidst our stay.
The property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. A perfect place to stay, away from the city, but close enough to all the conveniences and easy to take day trips or weekend adventures to beaches like Jupiter, Palm Beach, Miami and even the keys.

The resort itself is gorgeous with numerous types of Class A campsites. Some with large Tiki Huts (like ours). Others had outdoor kitchens and living areas as well as some had 1 bedroom additions. The resort’s pools were very nice and spacious. The 6 pickle ball courts were excellent.
The only challenge for us was that most of the people there seemed to speak French as they were from Quebec. They kept to themselves and we’re not to friendly to us but maybe that’s just a cultural thing.

What a great, peaceful spot! We stayed 6 weeks in our camper trailer, working full-time (great WiFi and cell service) and exploring on the nights and weekends. The neighborhood is quite and great to walk around. Loved the peacocks roaming through camp!

My husband & I spent a week at Flying Frog Ranch & it was absolutely amazing. It was very quiet & serene. The views were beautiful as they have a pond with chairs to sit by. Vito & Isabella were very attentive & accommodating to all our needs & were always super responsive. Definitely will be returning in the future.

That is a Luxury RV park/resort. Well maintained and very clean. Few free activities available for all. Site extra large and the Tiki patio is great for bbq or shilling outside. Security is also number one, ans the staff at front desk are smily and efficient.
