What a gem! Great central location for all that you want to get out and do. And then return to a quiet, private location to relax. Eric welcomed us upon arrival and was very communicative during our entire stay. His knowledge of the area was impressive!! Our day trip on The Wild (pink boat) to and around Destin (Crab Island) and Fort Walton (private island) was so much fun!! Dinner (twice) at Clemenza’s at Uptown was delish!!! We beached at Beasley Park and biked the neighborhood. Don’t second guess it, book the trip!!

Sarah is the nicest host I’ve had, and the property is perfect! Just around the corner from Navarre Beach, in a beautiful neighborhood. Pensacola beach is only half an hour away too. Totally great place to stay.

Such a relaxing space. Quiet and peaceful, Owner, Amanda is kind, responsive and on sight if anything is needed. Outdoor kitchen was handy (we forgot dish soap!). Creek beach is huge and plenty of space to find shade if you need it. Saw witch Hazel, wild okra and many other cool plants too!

Had an amazing time camping here! The property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. The directions were very clear, and we really appreciated the amenities. It’s in a great location and the nearby town is super cute. Highly recommend staying here!

It was a great experience camping here! We loved the beach and the fire. There are a ton of mosquitos so make sure to lather in bug spray! Thank you for the help and keeping my husband’s bag safe when he forgot it. You guys are awesome!

Nothing but good things to say about this spot! Eric is fantastic! Pad was easy to get into, and its pretty much right on the water! The location is bikeable to everything as well which made it very convenient for us! I saw a review about the dock not being accessible, that is not the case. Dock is well maintained and a great little perk! We have dogs as well and while we keep our dogs leashed, we did allow our lab some off leash time to swim, and there were no issues. Will 100% stay at this location again next time we head down there!

The campground was great! It’s so quiet and off the beaten path that you feel like you are out on a backpacking trip, rather than just a short walk from your vehicle and bathrooms! The bath house was clean and the outdoor kitchen was so pretty! Would totally stay here again! Also met Bella the camp pup in the morning when we were eating breakfast at the outdoor kitchen. She was a total sweetheart.

Perfect tent spot! Richard provided detailed directions and we found our spot easily! We had access into the river-definitely a great spot to float. We were able to pull our car right down to our tent spot which was very convenient. We felt nice and tucked away but still so close to everything. Will be back!

We loved this spot! Eric’s communication was prompt, it’s a beautiful area & it was quiet. We had a blast on the dock fishing and watching animals. We definitely plan to come back and stay longer!! We appreciate Eric and his wife for allowing a space like this to be available! It’s perfect!

Eric’s spot was just as described. It was easy to pull in and out with our trailer and get fully hooked up. The site was very level. We loved having full hook ups for those post-beach showers! Eric helped us back into the spot, gave us a quick lay of the land, and offered dining recommendations. The little sitting area with Adirondack chairs was a comfortable spot to enjoy the gulf breeze as the sun set. We highly recommend and hope to be back!

We do not have WiFi, but we do have 5g service throughout the 11 acre property. Our camping areas do not have electricity. These are hike in only campsites ☺️ Primitive camping is permitted at designated wooded high grounds in the middle of the property. It is a 5 and 10-minute rugged hike in to the middle ground respectively. The trail remains under development, so please bring close-toed shoes or boots for hiking throughout the property (depending on rainfall, there may be mud and water). Our Glamper is a 10x12 canvas furnished tent located a short but rugged 2-minute hike from parking. It provides the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent. We have a nice little RV pad on the back of our coastal home. Situated on a little bayou that opens out into Choctawhatchee Bay. Crab Island is only a 10 minute boat ride away. You would have access to our small dock and there is a neighborhood boat ramp less than one hundred feet away. This is a great place for kayaks, wave runners, and small boats. If you don't have a boat, we can set up any kind of trip you want. We are all licensed captains and own multiple Crab Island businesses. So we can set up charters for you on the following boats: Sailing trip on a restored 1963 Pearson Ensign. Can accommodate up to 6 people. This is a classic sailboat that is easy to sail and easy to learn to sail. A restored 1966 Boston Whaler that is perfect for couples looking for a sunset cruise, etc. Can accommodate up to 6 people but it perfect for 2 -4. We can go to Crab Island, look for dolphins or find our own private island beach. Waverunner tours. We can take you on a guided wave runner tour looking for dolphins and private beaches. You will drive one wave runner while our licensed captain guided you on another one. Insurance does not allow us to rent these out solo but there are many good vendors in the area to do that. Inshore flats skiff targeting redfish and trout on light spinning gear and fly rods. This boat is best fished with no more than 3 people. Rates: $150 per hour for less than 3 hours $500 for half day (4 hours) $600 for 6 hours The neighborhood is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Walton with large oaks and magnolias providing plenty of shade for bike riding and walking. Downtown Fort Walton with its shops and quaint restaurants is only a mile away. Didn't bring a bike, we have 2 you can use. The site comes with water/sewer and 30 Amp hookup. The sight can accommodate up to 43' for trailer and vehicle.

There is plenty of fallen wood to gather for fires or cut wood available for purchase. We have a community area with picnic tables, sun sails, grill, pavilion, and large bonfire. Please note the access road is old gravel and dirt, so if in a low car you'll need to take it slow. If there has been rain call ahead for entry directions as part of road becomes muddy. There is also a shooting range near by so during the day you will hear this some. You will not be disappointed if you love the tranquility of being outdoors.
