We have a variety of gardens and a year-round geodesic dome greenhouse that provides us with fresh produce. This is a quiet country setting. There are many popular and diverse activity sites less than an hour away. Come escape the hustle and bustle of home, and enjoy the beauty of nature and our loving animals.
We offer both tent and RV listings to suit however you like to travel. We have a hot shower, bathroom, picnic tables, potable water, and trash and recycle bins. Our RV listing has both 20 and 30 amp electrical hookup but no water or sewer hookups.

Diane is so sweet and showed us all of their beautiful friendly animals and plants when we arrived and even offered fresh goat milk and a plant starter! The land was gorgeous and we got to watch adorable goats from our tent. One of my favorite camping experiences ever!"

Escape the city and find this magical semi-off-grid treasure. Treehouse Magic sits on an 80-acre horse ranch 6476 feet above Sea level (+ 20 feet for the treehouse!!) Built by hand, with love, and a little help from our friends over a 4-year period. Treehouse Magic is built around PAL an over 80+-year-old Ponderosa Pine.
This wonderful space is magical in every way! Only 300 sq. feet with an almost 1100 sq. foot deck, including the covered gnome room. The upstairs bedroom is a full mattress (14" gel mattress). There is also a fold-out couch to sleep 1. The main level couch will fold down and become another bed platform. We provide a CordaRoys transformable chair, that unzips and becomes the bed topper (plus extra sheets, blankets and pillows). Some of the kid guests like to sleep in the Gnome room in the "pop-up" tent and cots (during the Summer months). We provide a "smart movie projector" with built-in ROKU, for a movie night...The outdoor kitchen includes a PitBoss pellet smoker/grill, and propane griddle. The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a Nature's Head composting toilet... (a little tutorial is needed) a sink and a trough step-in tub/shower with rain head. Wifi- Roku on inside TV as well or just the calm of beautiful nature!
Please note: This is a real treehouse!! Running water will be turned off from Nov-April (except for warm days and we can turn on for a short time). We will be sure you have plenty of potable water for drinking and using.

It’s just off the freeway, so it made for a nice quick stop. The amenities were top-notch. Perfect place to reset after traveling the road. Our kids enjoy the playground and play room. We used their laundromat which is available 24hrs. The showers were warm and kept clean. Overall it was a great experience.

This Magical Treehouse and land were everything my family needed and more!! We could not have asked for a more pleasant and peaceful retreat! Marni gave us a rundown of the facilities, and we couldn't have imagined a better stay. From the whimsical hand-crafted beauty of the actual treehouse around "Pal", to the amenities (including games/fun, cooking utilities/supplies, Wi-Fi/TV accommodations and plenty of warmth and cozy blankets and pillows, even full working bathroom facilities), down to the quiet starlit nights including a fire pit on the patio to keep warm while star-gazing! My son especially loved visiting and interacting with the extremely affectionate and friendly free roaming animals we got to interact with and became especially fond of, even giving our own little names to each, as they greeted us kindly several times each day. Only complaint was that we couldn't afford a longer stay!.. as each of us were sad to leave and say goodbye to the relaxing and intimate natured feel of the place, and our very welcoming and accommodating hosts. We felt secure even in the peaceful darkness around us knowing the host's dogs were looking out for us into the night. We will definitely be returning next season for a longer stay if welcomed, as Marni/Frank were on call for any questions or needs, we had throughout the stay, and were exceptionally kind to us as well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience to get us "away from it all" and the delight of bringing nature closer! XOX

We had a great weekend at Falkor ranch! It was peaceful, quiet and we woke up to all the friendly goats and alpacas grazing near our tent. Their sweet calm dogs kept watch over us and we felt very protected and safe. The owners gave us a tour and taught us about each group of animals and were kind and considerate of our son with Autism. ❤️❤️❤️

A quaint full fledged farm experience in a charming yurt.
It really is just as good as a high-end hotel but all the right kinds of disconnects. No screens, WiFi is there but you’ll forget about connecting.
Horses greet you. The moon rises over the prairie and makes a picturesque evening.

I definitely recommend this place. So peaceful. Tom & Diane made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and so kind. Tom offered us a tarp for the bottom of our tent, we very much appreciate it. We were passing through for work & it was a wonderful break from being on the road for my husband, me, & our 2 year old son. Our son loves the outdoors so he absolutely loved it here. Their alpacas & goats were so sweet, my son would go and say hi to them often. But their dog Titus won our hearts over, he’s so huge and so loving. I really enjoyed spending time with him while we sat on the grass under some tree shade. We had access to a restroom and shower as well as a room that was like a kitchen with a sink where you can wash some dishes if needed. It is shared with other guest, which is not an issue. This is such a lovely place. And I hope to one day come across this one again. Thank you Tom & Diane for everything.

From the moment we arrived at Falkor Ranch, nestled high on the Palmer Divide, it felt like stepping into a peaceful, storybook setting—with sweeping views of Pikes Peak and the Rockies, surrounded by 35 acres of rolling hills under big Colorado skies.
Diane was an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and so generous with her time and knowledge. She greeted us with a gracious tour of the ranch: introducing us to friendly alpacas and Nubian goats, explaining their role in weed control, and tips on the greenhouse plants.
The goats and alpacas stole our hearts! Meandering among them and observing their gentle, curious personalities was an absolute delight. We loved waking up to their soft bleats and roving among the pasture—an experience both authentic and memorable.
The ranch offers a perfect balance: secluded enough to feel off-grid, yet only about an hour from Denver. Whether lounging under the stars or watching sunsets across the wide-open skies, the peaceful ambiance was exactly what we needed.
We would definitely recommend staying there and we will definitely come back.

I loved my stay at Diane’s ranch. It’s in a quiet rural location with rolling hills and great views for sunset and sunrise. It was fun to hang out with her goats and alpaca and the farm dogs. The property is well maintained and you can tell Diane and her husband put a lot of care into their ranch.
If you want a family friendly stay with a peaceful atmosphere, this is the camp for you!

We had a cozy weekend playing ping pong and darts! Loved the beautiful animals wandering around and the fenced in area for the kids and dogs. Tons of creature comforts while still felt like we were glamping in a treehouse. The kids loved playing games under the glow of a lantern at night. We will be back!
