This place was great! So thoughtfully designed -- even though there aren't any trees, the campsites are situated so that you can't really see one another when you're in your little space. Lots of little touches, like the lights along the pathway, a nice playground in the park, the cantina in the middle, make it a really pleasant stay. And the showers! Very very nice showers. The host, Adam, was really friendly and accommodating, and we had a really nice stay the very last day of the season. Will definitely return!

The campsite and camp grounds are very nice with great amenities. Provided grills, chairs, table, and coverings at each individual site make packing and arriving a breeze. The camp ground bathrooms, equipment rentals, and the ease of firewood ($) and water are similarly great. We had 2 great nights and hope to bring groups with us next time!

What a great place to stay! The campsite I stayed at was super private, yet easy walking distance to the (clean and functional) bathrooms, showers, and incredibly well-stocked kitchen area. The views are beautiful, sitting at the base of the Great Sand Dunes National Park. This was a perfect place to stay and very close to Zapata Falls and other great hiking spots. The hostess was super friendly, too. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful, private and serene Hipcamp.

This was by far the most welcoming campsite I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, Dexter, Bella, and Sarah greeted us with kindness and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Camp Dune is absolutely beautiful, and what really stood out was how much the hosts genuinely cared about our experience. WOW! We loved camping on this wonderful land. What a magical place. We really had a great experience, and the campfire with s'mores was really great, too. Bella and Dexter were fantastic hosts! Very nice piece of property with lots of spots that you can camp or park your RV, or go for one of the awesome Safari tents. There's nothing like taking a sunrise shower where you can watch the sun rise over the mountains. My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. Darryl and Cindy went above and beyond with all the details and we would love to come back. Clean, secluded, beautiful views, and the tiny house has everything you need. Highly recommend!!

1 night at Ramble at Great Sand Dunes NP

We stayed in a tent. Each site is private and far from other guests. Very organized, has everything you need, cooking stove, grill, fire pit, table, chairs, you name it. All the amenities super clean, they even have breakfast! The host was very friendly and stopped by to say hi and ensured us that if we needed anything that we forgot to bring he probably has it. I wish we stayed more than one night.

Such a welcoming and unique experience! Camp has everything you’d need. Hosts are gracious and friendly. The common areas were fantastic and never did we feel we were overlapping with people or in one another’s way. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this tent site! The views were nothing short of spectacular. At night, the sky lit up with stars like you wouldn’t believe. The campsite itself was super spacious and private—we couldn’t see any of the other campers, which made it feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. Perfect spot for anyone looking to unplug and soak in some serious natural beauty.
