This RV is luxurious and the hosts are kind and sweet! Such a relaxing space, with every comfort you would want glamping. We had so much fun camping here! Would definitely recommend. You can tell how much effort these hosts put into their rental space, and it really was rejuvenating. The animals were lovely. My family had a blast. Will return again!

This place was great! So thoughtfully designed -- even though there aren't any trees, the campsites are situated so that you can't really see one another when you're in your little space. Lots of little touches, like the lights along the pathway, a nice playground in the park, the cantina in the middle, make it a really pleasant stay. And the showers! Very very nice showers. The host, Adam, was really friendly and accommodating, and we had a really nice stay the very last day of the season. Will definitely return!

This is a little secret I hate to let people know about. We were the only ones camping this week. We had the entire place to ourselves. We ran into the owner and 2 ranch hands a couple of times, but besides that we were all alone. The owner and ranch hands were extremely nice. The fly fishing was top notch. I fished for 3 days and caught 15-18 inch trout every day. The river was maintained very well. We were here the first week of October and the colors of the trees was unbelievable.
My wife wanted seclusion, river, and colors. I wanted fly fishing. We got everything we both wanted.
I want to visit this ranch again.

Beautiful spot on the river! County rd next to it but is rarely used. I did have some families of Amish drive by in horse and buggy. Good fishing. River was low but I managed a handful over a day and a half, one 18”. Height of leaves changing and so colors were amazing. Great hosts. Provide all firewood too!

The campsite and camp grounds are very nice with great amenities. Provided grills, chairs, table, and coverings at each individual site make packing and arriving a breeze. The camp ground bathrooms, equipment rentals, and the ease of firewood ($) and water are similarly great. We had 2 great nights and hope to bring groups with us next time!

This is a unique and amazing place! We camped here two years ago and loved it again. The grounds are immaculate and so carefully thought out. Our host was very kind and available. I highly recommend this place for a unique experience. Watching the moon, the star, skies and dramatic Mountain View’s. The solitude is therapeutic.

We stayed in a tent. Each site is private and far from other guests. Very organized, has everything you need, cooking stove, grill, fire pit, table, chairs, you name it. All the amenities super clean, they even have breakfast!
The host was very friendly and stopped by to say hi and ensured us that if we needed anything that we forgot to bring he probably has it. I wish we stayed more than one night.

We stayed at site#1. It was truly one of the most amazing sites we’ve stayed at, and we’ve stayed at several. Glenn’s ranch is about 20 min from Monte Vista. The Alamosa River cuts through much of it. Site #1 sits right off of the road, which is no big deal because there is very little traffic that comes through that county road. The site is big and flat with plenty of shade. Sits directly on the river with a nice shallow wading area. My husband enjoyed lots of fly fishing & caught several fish. There are 2 nice fire pits & a grate. Glenn was very accommodating & communication was easy. We enjoyed meeting him & learning about the area & ranch. Hope to be back again sometime. I suspect my husband will look him up to come back to stay on the ranch & flyfish someday:)

Great location a hop away from Great Sand Dunes. Our site was farther away from the showers, so we rented a fat tire bike to get around and it worked out great and was fun to cruise around the campground. Loved the design and special amenities and thoughtful touches - like popsicles when we checked in!

Very quiet and very dark the week we were there. Sunsets and stargazing were amazing.

A great place to camp. A lot of thought went into the design and layout of this campsite.
The restrooms were clean and the showers had hot water. The only annoying thing were the little Nats/Flys that showed up when the wind calmed down.

This is such a wonderful place to camp! We were on a road trip to all of CO’s national parks so we only stayed one night, but we would have loved to have stayed longer. The sunset here was by far the best one we saw all week, and the campground was far better than all the rest! It was such a quiet and starry night here. The showers and bathroom facilities were clean and well stocked. We loved the options for purchase by the bathhouse. Firewood was conveniently located beside our site and it was quick and easy to pay via QR code. We loved how the camp sites were spread out, and we enjoyed using the provided chairs, table, and sun shade. We were impressed that each site had a grill and stove. The camp host was really helpful and kind when there was an issue with our booking through HipCamp.
