We are 28 miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park Fall River Visitor Center, 7 miles from Carter Lake, 7 miles to downtown Loveland. We have a level area in front of the barn that is ideal for RVs or travel trailers with access to electricity and a yard water hydrant. Hosts use the barn daily.

Great spot and Martin and his family were very welcoming and hospitable. Our 3 year old loved visiting with the horse and donkeys and helping feed the chickens and goats everyday. ATT cell signal isn’t good in this general area and wifi from barn was tough to stay connected to while in the camper but it was also nice to disconnect for a bit.

Would liked to have had better marking for camping spaces. We were concerned that we may not be in proper spot. This was only a minor concern and did not effect the quality of the stay.
