We are conveniently located off of US 101, therefore there may be some freeway noise, during commute hours especially. It has become like white noise to me, but it is only fair to mention it. We offer full hookups which consists of 50 amp & 110 volt electrical outlets, potable water, sewage dump. We also have one pigtail available (with a refundable deposit) if needed to convert 50 amp to 30 amp. We also have one place in the middle of our big vineyards with a 30 amp and water only. No sewer. Our sites are located one mile from Healdsburg plaza, the heart of Sonoma County Wine Country. Our town offers amazing wineries, fantastic restaurants, and quaint shops. It is an excellent place for wine lovers. There is a pre-prohibition winery right across the road called Foppiano. There are many other fabulous wineries are nearby. Ask the host for discount passes or complimentary tasting cards for some of the local wineries. We are in an excellent location for outdoor adventurers. There are plenty of hiking trails near by as well as bike rental shops for those who enjoy trekking, and even a couple of rafting places right here on the Russian River. The cottage itself is unheated although there is a premium electric mattress pad with separate controls on the California King bed. That and the hot tub make for cozy sleeping on chilly winter nights Guest access Aside from the private deck, hot tub and bathroom/sitting room (with 6' tub and shower), guests can access 2.5 peaceful acres, woods and fields and Helen Putnam Regional Park one mile down the road for spectacular hiking. Other things to note In the 1970's this property was Swallowtail Studios, a famous glass blowers cooperative. Weekend Trip to Calistoga Dreaming

Stayed there with our 23' Airstream for a quick weekend trip. Site is great with power and water and it's perched on a hill over Calistoga - about a 5 minute drive to town. Peter came out and gave us a quick tour of the site and a heads up on some of the local things going on in town for the weekend which were both appreciated. If it's your first trip and you are towing, there are parts of the road where you might say, "I hope those goes to the right spot," or "I really hope I fit..." - but all was good for my sized rig. You need to back in, but there is a loop on the site to get you turned back around for leaving. We are definitely keeping it the list of places to stay when we want to spend the weekend in Napa.

Great spot for enjoying Healdsburg, wine country, and the surrounding area. It’s hard to find places to park so close to town, we’re so happy to have discovered this one. It’s level on gravel, has a picnic table and a nice view of a little vineyard. Best of all - full hookups. Lorri is kind and welcoming, making sure we were settled in and offering wine tasting coupons. Looking forward to our next stay!

Bill’s land was one of the best hip camps I have ever stayed at! The Indonesian bedroom was so serene and I slept like a baby with the heated bed. The bathroom was so beautifully decorated with ornate paintings, little treasures, and the stained glass window was intricately stunning. The hot tub was a bonus and it was extremely close to the town of Petaluma and hiking trails. You definitely should stay here for a romantic getaway!

Perfect location for wine tasting. Beautiful location with lots of privacy and solitude. Peter was exceptional in his communication. PG&E were doing some road work and he offered to travel on his quad ahead of us to make sure the road was clear. We want to return!

We loved the campsite. It was close to town and wineries. Lorri the owner was very nice. She sells her olive oil she makes from the trees on her property. I would defiantly recommend staying here. Our site was Vineyard site B-1. She gave us suggestions on wineries to visit and restaurants.

We very much enjoyed the Hipcamp. It was within walking distance to a winery. Lorri gave us a lot of coupons for tastings and we used several of them. The area is quiet, close to town and very clean and wonderful. Loved being by the vineyard on the day they harvested the grapes. Highly recommend this beautiful place

We had the most magical camping weekend at Bliss mountain! The tipi is amazing, spacious, comfortable, and fun! Great amenities at the camp site. Power, fresh running water from the amazing well on site, toilet, shower, full cooking stove + oven, fridge, everything you need. Beautiful sunsets and views across the valley. The pools that Hal has built are incredible. Very beautiful, the water feels amazing, the aquifer feeding the pools is a great thing to see! Hal and Bell were wonderful hosts, so welcoming, inviting, and helpful! We’ll be back!!!

Weekend Trip to Calistoga Dreaming

This is a great camp spot above Calistoga. We love the location and the attention to detail that Peter has put into this welcoming site, including electric and water, lights, table and even an outdoor shower. You can tell he put a lot of love and care into wanting people to love the site as much as he does. Peter met us when we arrived, made sure we could back into the site, gave us a tour and How-to of everything. This is a special place. It gave us space for us to be able to unwind and be part of nature. We will be back!

We had such a great experience. Hallelujah was extremely welcoming and kind. We got to see the artist area with beautiful paintings. He also told us where we can hike and look for crystal lake diamonds. The views on the hike were beautiful. The teepee was super clean, had comfortable beds and nice bedding, a speaker, fan, and a really cool art instillation with lighting. There was also a beautiful pool at the main house that was perfect for my husband and I and the kids. We will definitely stay here again!
