We had the most incredible time here on this beautiful property! Lisa and Scott were the most gracious hosts. We showed up late and it was dark. They met us out to ensure we found the spot and were comfortably situated. They brought over a fire pit so we could roast hotdog and make s’mores. Right off the bat they were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. We woke up to a beautiful property. We had a great time running around with the kids, playing on the playground, feeding the goats, playing pickle ball and enjoying coffee provided by the host. We spent the day by the pool and enjoying all of the pool toys and warm hot tub! They provided towels and lifejackets for the kids and sunscreen. It was such a great experience. We can’t wait to come back again!

My sons and I had an incredible experience on Stephan’s property. We intentionally avoid the hustle and bustle of the campsites in the parks and this property was exactly the solitude we were looking for. A beautiful setting to make family memories. Great spot!

2 nights at Heavenly Views
We had an amazing stay here! We were traveling back to Southern California from San Francisco and found ourselves needing to stop soon, but didn't prefer a motel in King City. We're so happy we found Stephan and his beautiful setup not far off the 101, west of King City. The RV was spotless, cozy, and perfectly set up for a comfortable getaway. The views are absolutely stunning — both during the day and especially at night with a sky full of stars right outside the door. Stargazing in front of the fire pit was the highlight of our trip!
The host went above and beyond with his hospitality. We had forgotten groceries for breakfast, and he kindly provided us with organic free range eggs, ham, and even fresh fruit so we didn’t have to stress. Cooking and eating outside while enjoying the scenery was such a highlight.
Between the peaceful setting, the fire pit for evenings under the stars, and the thoughtful touches from the host, this was one of the best camping experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, comfort, and nature.

We loved camping out here! The hosts Lisa and Scott were so welcoming and friendly and were quick to respond. That resort feel of having amenities were a plus and it was very family friendly which we loved with our kids. We will definitely be back here again!

We had an exceptional time staying here, and the joy it brought to my kids far exceeded our expectations. My daughter loved the goats, and my son loved playing on the play structure.
Lisa and Scott are wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
The outdoor kitchen area is amazing! It is stocked with a wide variety of utensils and appliances to cook almost anything.
We would like to extend a big thank you to Lisa and Scott, and we hope to return in the future.

The host couple is warm and friendly. The outdoor area is clean and there are activities for kids - basketball, pickle ball, feeding goats, trampoline, pool, and hot tub. There are pool toys and a diving board and the outdoor deck has a shaded outdoor kitchen complete with grilling area (cooking utensils are even provided!) and a fridge and freezer you can use during your stay. Fresh coffee is available in the morning also.

Weekend Trip to Heavenly Views
Perfect weekend getaway spot. The view is absolutely beautiful and feels wonderfully remote.
The camper was spotless and very comfortable, the grill outside and oven/stove inside made cooking easy no matter what weather you get, and we really appreciated the perfect fire starters that they prepared with the fire wood… no need to be a pro with fire pits. Everything was well thought out and taken care of.
One of the highlights for us was stargazing. The host provided a telescope, and the sky here is unbelievably clear. Stars lit up the sky at night. The Milky Way was as incredible as I can remember ever seeing anywhere.
The host is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell they thought through every little thing you could need and then made sure it was there and easy to find. It definitely made it even more relaxing.
When driving in, make sure to use the hosts directions since for the last sections the road is dirt and slight inclines. Research satellite view of the map ahead of time from Jolon Rd onward and you’ll be good. The road is definitely fine for two-wheel drive as long as it’s not pouring rain. I wouldn’t take a low ground clearance car… a bit tricky for a miata for example. We had no problem and way more clearance than needed with our 2wd RAV4 though.
Between the comfort of the camper, the thoughtful amenities, the hospitality, and the night sky, this is easily one of my favorite camping spots now. We’ll definitely be back

1 night at Heavenly Views
Great place to stay, King City is about 20 minutes away, came over from HWY 1 and i was looking for a nice quiet place. The place is wonderful and the night skies are amazing. But the nearest cold beer and groceries are in King city. The Host was great the AC running when i got their but was not needed that night as it gotten cool. The bed was awesome.Just bring your own beer and food before getting there. Will stay again when passing thru the central coast.

Weekend Trip to Heavenly Views
This litte hidden Gem is at a mid point between San Francisco and Los Angeles 20 min South of King City off the 101 freeway on Jolon Rd. With a true 360 degree view on top of hill. The Lockwood valley has some of the best star gazing clear skies with little light pollution. The host Stephan, aka (Steve) was a hoot, super cool ole army fellow master meat cooker had smoked brisket that was amazing cheese and wine waiting in the fridge when I flew in and landed next to the trailer. Message him ahead before you fly in. The day was warm but the nights are cool so bring light coat or sweater. It is after all summer in coastal CA but the A/C worked well mid day and trailer was very clean and comfy. Trailer has a nice awing out front chairs on large gravel area with a fire pit and firewood so you dont have to bring your own logs. I will go back again thanks (Steve) keep up the great Hipcamp.....

Really a wonderful glamping retreat. Pool, hot tub, everything you could imagine in a covered outdoor kitchen, tv, pickle ball, trampoline, basketball. No shower, yet, and there's an Air BNB also if you want a bed to sleep in. Hosts were a delight. Would definitely return. Thank you!

This location is absolutely perfect for families, couples, solo campers, pretty much anybody! It has all the amenities you could ask for. We tent camped and felt like we were glamping with all that was available to us. Having access to the outdoor kitchen equipped with everything you could ever need made our stay so easy. All we had to do was basically bring our food, drinking water and tent but we of course brought some extra comforts for our setup. Everything from utensils to dish soap to plates and mugs were available for use. Being able to cozy up by the fire was also a big plus! The hosts are kind, welcoming and very responsive. They really have thought of it all with their location. We played pickleball, got on the trampoline, fed the goats, star gazed, soaked in the hot tub and played with our son on the swing set. I even brought my dirt bike on my trailer and it was so nice to just drive 25 minutes over to Hollister Hills SVRA for some riding. You'll love spending time here!

Lisa and Scott are wonderful, hospitable hosts who were very welcoming and attuned to helping us get acclimated in their beautiful property. My husband, babies, and I really enjoyed our time there even if there was poor planning on my/hub's part. We'd totally give it another go when things warm up and our schedule opens up. --- The place was super clean, spacious, and calming. Their goats are adorable. Their huge outdoor kitchen was an awesome spot to lounge and cook up a good meal. -- Give this place a try!

What an awesome spot! We have been traveling in our van, which is fully remote capable, but we were really craving some sunshine and water after 2 weeks on the coast. This place was a little bit of a splurge for us, but worth every penny! We arrived early enough to enjoy the pool (which was amazing). In addition, the fully stocked outdoor kitchen was a huge treat! We made burgers on the grill, enjoyed the hot tub, then played a little basketball before retiring to our van. We met all the very friendly goats, enjoyed use of an indoor bathroom (a huge plus for campers) and had use of a full outdoor kitchen to do our dishes. The surrounding mountains provided stunning views. A shower is the only thing this place lacks, but most travelers don't require that every day. I'm wondering how much they will charge us if we stay full time?! 🤔 It was worth every penny! We highly recommend this place! The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had wifi, goats, views, a beautiful pool, basketball, room for our dog to roam, roosters alerting us to the rising sun, a very nice bathroom, coffee....it was perfect!
