20 acres of beautiful land. 360 views of mountains and ocean from every point on the property. There are many flat areas and nooks for camping found throughout the property, as well as a yurt, a double-decker bus, and an airstream. You enter through a iron gate and first come onto a big central flat pad with ocean views overlooking Saddle Peak and the San Gabriels. There are two 40 foot shipping containers on the flat pad, one of them is a fully functioning kitchen with windows looking out towards the ocean. There is wooden furniture outside so you can lounge and enjoy the views in front of the kitchen. If you continue down the drive to the right of the central flat pad, you come down to a point that looks straight towards Saddle Peak. On the way to the point you will find a double-decker Crown bus and an Airstream that can accommodate campers. At the end of the point there is a 20ft diameter traditional Mongolian yurt complete with wood fire stove and wraparound deck. If you go back up to the central flat pad and continue on down the drive to the left, you will find more beautiful and secluded spots down by the well house. There are a few meadows to explore as well as the ever present view of the ocean. There is plenty of wildlife around the property including deer, bobcats, hawks, owls, ravens, foxes, rabbits, and much more... On this vast property there are regular camping and RV spots as well as a yurt, a double-decker bus, and an airstream for campers.

This historical 1904 Craftsman home, known as The Liddell "La Boheme" Home, is nestled on 1/2 an acre of land smack in the middle of Los Angeles' hippest, historical gem: Highland Park. When on the property, surrounded by fruit trees and rolling hills -- you can't believe you are in a city, let alone Los Angeles! I was introduced to the delights of Glamping at El Capitan in Santa Barbara which was amazing and I wanted to stay there forever!! -- BUT with a busy city life of raising kids and building my own small food business -- I wanted to jump from Glamp-life to City-life (and back again) with more ease and share it with others. In my opinion, the beauty of So-Cal living is that you can literally spend the morning surfing in Malibu and that same evening find yourself skiing in Big Bear! (After 25 years of living here -- that reality still amazes me) To mirror this unique juxtaposition - at La Boheme, you will find a tranquil Safari Tent Glamping experience - with hiking/biking trails and all sorts of outdoor activities anywhere from a 5 minute walk to 30 minutes away by car---- but you can also hop on the Gold Line train (which is a 1 minute walk out the back door) and in choosing one direction, you are a couple of stops from Chinatown or Downtown LA's rich cultural experiences & exciting nightlife. If you decide to explore in the other direction, Metro's Gold Line (in 1 stop) will take you to the heart of Highland Park's bustling scene - offering a smorgasbord of eateries, coffee-shops, speakeasies, boutiques, yoga studios and art galleries - including LA's oldest bowling alley: Highland Park Bowl. Take the train further and you're in the heart of glorious Pasadena (home to The Rose Bowl and exceptional Norton Simon Museum)-- or continue out to beautiful Sierra Madre -- where there is hiking and exploring galore! Hip and fun Highland Park neighborhood is just a quick scoot down the hill and has lots of great bars, boutiques, and restaurants. The Gold Line Metro is also located at the bottom of the hill and offers an easy and convenient way to get across town and avoid those congested LA freeways!

Plush bedding (2 full size real mattresses that can comfortably sleep up to 4 people) and towels, full private & luxurious bathroom, fridge, microwave, dishware, heating and cooling, shag carpet, Wi-Fi, electricity to charge your devices, & ample food delivery is available in the area. A truly magical & memorable experience right in the heart of Hollywood! To get to the Glamp, please bear in mind there are quite a lot of stairs to get up the hill so please pack light, but once you arrive, the view is completely worth it! Your own private oasis tucked on top of a private residence with keyed lock gates, so it is completely safe & secure for your belongings if you choose to go out on the town during your stay!Glamping Hollywood Hills is located in a quiet neighborhood in the hills so while the goal is for guests to enjoy themselves and have the best experience possible, I do ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise down. If you're looking for a more turned up experience, there are loads of bars and clubs just a short walk away on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Also, because this is located in the Hills, it is a HIGH FIRE ZONE so no grilling (since we are so centrally located, there are numerous food delivery services that deliver all hours of the day though!) or fires are allowed. And for smokers, please dispose of butts in the designated ash trays. PARKING: There is limited free street parking, or you can park for free at the Hollywood Heritage Museum, just a 2 minute walk from the house if there are no events at the Hollywood Bowl. And if you can’t find a free street spot, I can get you a parking permit for $4 per day. Please let me know if you require that and I can get the passes for you! I take a lot of pride in my space and keeping it clean, and absolutely love hosting guests, so I just ask that you have the same respect back for my space and leave it like it was when you arrived. Please remove your shoes inside the tent in efforts of keeping the rugs clean. :)

'The Little House'

Our cabin 'number 63' was built in 1928 and all the cabins here in the cabin were sold as hunting cabins or used for vacationing. Live Oak Canyon Road, and Silverado Canyon Road are some of the nicest driving areas in Southern California. Learn more about this land:Welcome to Cabin 63... or, we like to call her, ‘The Little Red House’. Our little prefab studio is located in a quiet, safe, tucked away rural neighborhood... at the foot of beautiful Saddleback Mountain. Chickens and cats free range among the oak trees and you will often hear the sounds of horses meandering down the road.Our canyon has a real country feel to it and yet you are only minutes away from the city. We are situated in a hub of hiking and biking trails and, if desired, we are only 30 minutes from the beach. In the evening you can often hear the bleating of sheep on the nearby hills and coyotes yipping in the night.
