The land was purchased from the railroad in 1919 by Grandpa Coen when he immigrated to the USA after his service to the British Empire during WW1. Grandpa established and maintained the vineyards during his life in California's Central Valley which he left to his daughter, Irene. She kept the farming tradition going with her husband, Al, and they expanded by purchasing surrounding land and planting more vines. Today their daughter, Cheryl, and son-in-law Randy, continues the family farming tradition for the next century.

Near Mineral King hiking trails. 37 miles to The General Sherman.

Our ranch is a 5 acre walnut grove, of which there is a dedicated RV/Camp site that is fenced off and landscaped for your outdoor country/farm life experience. Within the site there is a fire pit for you to enjoy an evening fire. There is 30/50 Amp power hook ups for an RV’s, Motor homes, and Travel Trailers, as well as water hook up/supply. Exeter is a well kept town that is known for its beautiful murals throughout the town.
